Getting place on first page on google is really a big achievement. I was trying to get place for 1 year but unfortunately I failed.
and you are saying that you'll do this only in one hour. is it permanent or just for some days?
I am interested in your service for my blog.(but my blog is not bitcoin related)

I am also web developer and really OP achievement is good. Like to answer your this question " is it permanent or just for some days? " , you need to update posts which makes your rank on top with some texts so that search engine catch the changes. If you will just leave the page as it is without changes it will slowly go down bcoz many other new pages comes with more updates. This is a challenging market and those who are spending time in updations are getting higher ranks. I hope OP too give light on this particular Question. |

Its all about structure and keywords relevant to your page also traffic and url name plays a big factor. For example if i wanted to sell girls clothes and i knew the number one search long tailed keyword is girl clothes and i made my website called girlclothes.com i would rank almost number one without much work for that keyword but if i have http://clothes.com/girl-clothes but had better structure and more back links ,links to social media and just all around popular you will be number one ! . |

Even AdWords PPC (pay per click) can't absolutely guarantee a specific spot because so many other factors are in play

I doubt whether this rank will last long . I would like to know how long this rank can stay at the very first position in google as google is very strict at quality .

There will always be someone better then someone else in SEO but i can say atleat 6 months to a year you will be on the first page and if you drop to the second page contact me. a lot has to do with the traffic you are getting and time on the site |
