I'm just not a gambler, so stopping is quite easy. To be honest, I'm sorry to lose my money that I earn. Better on this money buy a useful thing.

I have put a limit to my money allocation for gambling, which stops me or reminds me where when to stop, because no money will obviously stop me for a minute and I can and will think to stop. After starting this method of curbing myself was really tough, now I have controlled myself to some extent.

I always fix some amount for gambling in each session even if I lose that money in few minutes or seconds still I will not load or spend money on that day.
