When is the official release of the coin? I'm currently saving my BTC for ECHO.
I feel like its going to compete WAVES but it might just be better due to the steem support. even better since it don 't just add USD and Yuan bu also EUR.

part part yes. One part of the messages are transported over the Blockchain, the other part are stored on IPFS and decentralized.

messaging via graphene chains is already possible, so it's just a matter of the chain/frontend. not sure on the dev status for echo though
