I'm looking for super-cheap servers with root access. Planning on using it for the long-term.
I don't really care what it is. Even a Raspberry Pi will do, but a real server (or VPS) is preferable.
I'm just planning on doing some experiments with TCP soon.

Maybe some of them will take bitcoin as i know, most of them now starting to accept bitcoin,they use bitpay as their payment gateway to avoid fluctuate,so it'll be good for bitcoin users |

What about offshore ? Yeah, I've already looked into it. Found some good deals, but I'm still choosing which one. My main priority right now is latency, not bandwidth. |

Just a suggestion to get this. Look into buying one of the cheap AWS coupons. Not sure what the source is, but I have friends who had bought one last year, so they probably are just part of some promotion. You can get access to amazon servers through that and also have access to other AWS services in the time being.
