1072$ / 90 = 11.911 ETH

When are you going to return ETH to our wallets?

Why do you need so much time?

You said a couple of days ago that the wallets are going to be refunded in a day or two, but still nothing.

All balances of ETH were transferred to wallets. If you did not receive your funds, please be so kind as to contact support so they could solve the problem. Thank you for your understanding!

I already reported my problem to your support on 12th of May and I did it again yesterday (31st of May).

I have not received any answer until now.

My withdrawal of 1 BTC have been stuck in processing since yesterday..Live-chat refuse to respond to me and all my mails to their support was ignored..
I am really disappointed in this exchange..i hope i get my funds back..i certainly would not recommend this exchange to anyone..

Is this exchange still active? It seems like their mail service is down. You can't even make a new registration.
