Does this coin have a desktop wallet??

Do not want to keep my coins on a exchange, thank you.

I'd post a link, but you should just grab it from the OP, which OS are you running?

Windows 8.  i will check OP thank you. Fast to start, wallet encrypted.  Now waiting for blockchain to load.

Slight Issue (maybe) wallet shows No Connections?   Anyone running the wallet here?

If you don't know who I am, then maybe your best course would be to tread lightly

I have 10 connections right now.
Some people are having issues, as mentioned above.
The dev is looking into it.

Wallets are listed in the ANN. You can just open them and it will eventually synchronize with blockchain and find the connections. Or you can post again here and we can try to help you addnodes to your conf file.

Lemme know dennahz

Just read above post. Thats the best way to go about it. Thanks again Anti Grin

Send a PM to the dev.

or maybe the wallet dev could update it so it works without all this hassle?
PS: Bittrex will want a working wallet before they add it also.

The wallet definitely works. For some it was easy, for others its not... and that can be the users fault also... remember Firewalls block traffic, as do ISP's... but yes, install should be idiot proof.

i have installed many wallets, never had this problem before. Also put the nodes in the conf file, still no use.

no worries just want to move coins from coinexchange. hoping Trex adds soon so i can move to there.

I follow your logic, and its smart to get the coins off of the exchange. especially one thats so new as coinexchange is. Wallets are weird sometimes.

you are right.. I don't have any issues on 3 wallets, 2 Linux and 1 windows, minimum 27 connection each
it must be an end-user network or ISP/FW issue

I don't want to speak for the dev, but a fix is on its way.

Adding peers.dat is really easy. If you'd like me to show you how, just let me know.

Please send the dev a PM and you should have access to slack by the end of the day. When he is online, he will send you the invite.

Same here.
TCPview shows many connects then disconnects.
