I was looking at CGMiner's GPU management for my sapphire 7950 with boost.  One of the Threads is much lower then the other by a lot.

Is one of the cores locked/throttled or something Huh Because normally they are pretty balance...

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

On my 7970, one of my threads is much lower than the other. Thread 0 is usually in the range of 500-550, and thread 1 is usually in the range of 100-150. I don't worry about it, as my overall hashrate barely moves from the average of 662Mh/s.

Unless you're getting normal than expected results for your card, I wouldn't worry about it one bit.
