i'm selling my apartment on the island Rab in my homecountry Croatia.
Aparment is around 400 meters from the sea, 3-4 minute ride to the main city Rab (

It's 8 min. ride to this bay
It's 15 min. ride to Pudarica beach (my fav)
It's 45 min. ride to Paradise beach in Lopar
Apartment is small, around 30 square meters and there is a small keeping room in the basement of the building.

Papers are all clean i have all licences. I'm already selling it trough some agencies but yesterday it came to my mind why not try selling it in crypto currency, it's also money and it might become a great promotion of the crypto currencies in my country which is still not so much into crypto (for examply we only have 3 BTC ATMs in whole country and there is almost no service here that you can pay with BTC).
Price is 44000 EUR and i'm accepting BTC, ETH and LSK!
It can be paid right when we're signing the papers in the court.
