Yep, an underrated observation. Many other Masternodes just pay via inflation of their own currency, whereas Stratis masternodes pay based on the amount of Bitcoin transactions going through. This means it's not just that the denomination is in Bitcoin, but that the payouts are not based on currency inflation but economic transactions enabled by the Masternodes.

If you have a mining rig anyway, no harm letting the Stratis client run as well. It hardly takes up space/CPU - that's one advantage of PoS. I understand the rewards aren't high, but on the plus side, you don't incur any additional cost. Plus, you'd be helping secure the network, which is always good for any cryptocurrency really.

Yeah POS rate is comparable to the inflation or interest you might expect in normal fiat currency. If you have 100 Stratis, it will take 1 year to get 1.46 Stratis. So essentially an 'interest' rate of 1.46% Pa.

You seem to be forgetting that in June Bitcoin was like $3000.... this makes no sense. Stratis only needs to be about 100k sats to reach the ATH, not 450k because Bitcoin went up more than 4x since June.

Btc is going up again probably that is why the price is declining and it would be also a rational move.

Price of stratis has shot up a couple of hours ago then went back to 52k sats . Eventually the btc rally will settle down then we may see stratis in a bull few days after the dec 11 Breeze wallet with tumblebit release.

Stratis has gained a lot of momentum... the trading volume is close to 6000BTC which is amazing and there are releases coming every other day. On top of that we are in a bull market. I hope we wont see another scenario of 'buying the rumour selling the news'.
