Chinese can pump STRAT immensely, as primary contribution is going to be in STRAT, even if other modes are used, the amount raised would be converted to STRAT in backend.

I know that it is hard to predict prices but i think that Stratis can reach  > 30$ by the end of this month.

Not even bothered at the moment if this dips, because if you understand the potential and the capabilities Stratis holds, in terms of allowing business (not just crypto projects) to achieve their blockchain ambition you will know this is the real deal. Looks like in Crypto these days a lot of people want to buy a Lambo within one week of investing in a coin :-) , by end of Q1 I'm sure we will be seeing different levels for strats.
