Yes it needs 95% of last blocks to be mined by core wallet stakers, and they said if people dont change to core wallet and activate it automatically then they will force activation in december...
There is still a lot of stakers on raspberry which doesnt support core wallet yet but they are working on a raspberry fix right now to make it easier for those users to move to core from qt.

Price predictions right now are unreliable. If you want to get some good predictions it's easy, just guess where you would like the price to go... Stratis has a solid reputation and is a good altcoin. When the market will rise prices will raise if the community will be happy to support the growth. Negative people in the community will load the price down!

im dumping strat for qtum they are much more active with updates and responsive on social media, stronger volume on more exchanges...the volume on binance n bittrex for strat is too low they will get delisted as another failed masternode coin
