Just because price isn't moving as you expect it to be doesn't mean It's bad or going to be delisted. Altcoins in general are down, If you don't like Stratis, Sell and move on. Those who are patient will be rewarded.

Nothing is happening to this project they are giving accurate updates in the market with active developments from the team. So I am constantly holding my asset in the market because once the price start increasing we might see huge benefits from this coin.

The price chart of Stratis last one-year-period looks good. Finally, the Winter of crypto went away with the recent wake-up of bitcoin, and bitcoin actually broke its strong resistance at $6200 to move over $8300. That's amazing support and positive signals of Crypto Spring. As effects from Bitcoin and crypto Srping this year, Stratis will get benefits from the Spring and will moving up from its bottom, that takes years to find. In my opinion, the next target price of Stratis will be somewhere around $3.

Definitely, Stratis isn't a scam. But maybe we just had very big expectation from this team. I'm not sure that STRAT price can be over 50k in future. It's really sad, especially when we have already seen price 400k.
