Looking to get rid of one of my stealth paypals. I've had the account since late last year, has no holds on it at all. The account is verified; phone, email, identity, proof of address, etc.

Comes with a decent transaction history, no disputes or anything of that sort

Can't you set up a bank account with one of the services offered here with any name and use it? Or just use it for ebay or amex then

Can't you set up a bank account with one of the services offered here with any name and use it? Or just use it for ebay or amex then

that's fraud
and if you don't use good vpn paypal might block both accounts when the real owner contacts them
