I think I'm the first person that did all the things on the list 
But I think 7 day is a long time for just 0.002...

Last time it was a bit longer, but it was 0.001 BTC.
I'm gradually rising it, hopefully every week I will add some more.

Because it gives more people the opportunity to join and win contest. Especially the ones that seek Gleam campaigns over the Twitter.

In 3 days my previous campaign reached 4 people and weekly contest is just an adequate time to reach at least 40 people which was the case in the previous campaign.

No, you don't need to do ALL things.
A script that chooses a winner is completely random and out of my control.

You can do what fits you the best.

That's why I put more actions so you can chose - that's why I wrote - 'Follow, Tweet, Visit and Refer on your own discretion.' - because it is not obligatory to do everything.

The only constant that I set is a Twitter follower - because the last time I had some people following and un-following me for no apparent reason and it is rather annoying.

You don't need to do ALL the tasks, the script that draws out a winner is random. It si true that by doing more or daily tasks you have bigger chances to be a winner.
There is no consolation prize.
