This user had agreed to sell me the site but still maintains some level of control over it. I woke up one morning to find that he had taken control back of the site. At the point that I had confronted him he gave it back, and now I have made it known that I no longer desire to own it, since he has proven that he will screw me over at the first hangs he gets.
