I want to buy BTC for Paypal. I haven't too much money (27 USD ~ 0.23 BTC), but I want to transfer my savings to BTC.
I'm quite new member here, I don't have reputation. Of course I will pay first. Please, PM me.

"We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India at this time."

So the deal still open. Anyone from outside of India? UP!

Your best bet is btc-e.com exchange. See the big Add Funds button with Paypal on it.

Scratch that. Looks like it's not actually listed as a payment method.

Wiki: "It is not recommended to use PayPal for Bitcoin transfers. In many cases the buyer issued a charge-back-fraud. The case is automatically closed by PayPal if he states that his account was compromised. "

The Paypal button grayed out.

BTW I have 27.08 USD, so I want the least various fees. I able to send Paypal to Paypal in "family mode" with 0% fee. So I don't want to complicate with deposit-exchange-withdraw process.

You can explore the options at bitinstant.com, including cash drops. Paypal is a bit of a dead-end, you might have to cash out.

That said, keep googling. http://www.quora.com/Bitcoin/Where-can-I-buy-bitcoin-from-paypal

So deposit-exchange (to SLL) exchange (to BTC)- withraw instead of deposit-exchange-withdraw. Getting better...

Thanks for nothing...

Doubt you'll find a seller without escrow. This seems to be your most direct route: https://www.bitcoinary.com/en/trades/public
