Getting 0.3/week is like trying to get ~$200 a week. There's no easy way of doing that. That's even getting better rates than working in McDonalds. If there was such a way, then most people would rather do the same method than work their ass off at mcdonalds.

You need some sort of  skill.   Let's say you go the popular signature campaign way .3 BTC a year is very possible.  But you must be able to help others and learning the information that help's others does take time.  Also you have to learn  how to do a constructive post which can take time. 

So I would argue there is skill if done right.  If you have no skill/knowledge about BTC it's going to be hard to have good posts and chances are it will  lead to a ban. For example you post above chances are would not be ok if you were wearing a signature, with one you are judged to a much higher standard.

Hey Syria.man , let me say it clearly you cannot make 0.3 bitcoins in a week as a newbie or without risks , o without working hard for it..
What i suggest you to do is to go out and work hard a week for your FIAT , and exchange it to bitcoins

Faucets are very time consuming and they only give small amount of satoshi. Faucet are just waste of time because it's hard to earn at least 250k satoshi per day. Yeah signature campaign is one of the best and easy way to earn bitcoin but as you said we can't earn that much on just doing signature campaign so for me it's better not to only rely on signature campaign and try many ways on earning bitcoin like selling service,goods,investment,trading and many more to explore .

Well If you want to earn that amount in just a short span of time I suggest that you go altcoin trading. I recommend before doing this though to have a very big capital maybe about 1 BTC above then of course some knowledge about it. If you have those two then you are ready to start well it is not guaranteed earnings though but it is very possible. 

I don't think that an average user need at least 1 btc to just start alt coin trading . I start altcoin trading with just 0.005 when i was a newbie and i think it's a good amount to start because you are just starting to learn the things and get experience and even you get trading failure it's not so frustrating because you only have 0.005 capital .

If you really want's us to help you,you should probably start by listing some of your skills to let us advice you properly.
The next thing,how much deposit can you make at start? Because if you want to make 0,3 btc a week without any deposit and any special skills,it wont happen forget it.
By the way you probably wont earn money by gambling,you loose every time at long term.

i think signature campaign is not such a good idea for this person if he is really newbie because there are very little chance that an signature campaign will accept him. because there are very little change for newbie to join a signature campaign.

It's not said that he cannot get any signature campaining as a newbie.
Bitvest has some for newbies,but guys are right you should concentrate to get at least full member at first,before joining it.
Then you will start to make decent money

This is indeed. without skills this is too hard to make any money. because for earning you must do something.
only gambling is a way which don't need skills but it is just loose of money. with gambling you can't make 0.3 a week.

he has no chance to earn 0.3 btc in 1 week without any investment and risk. 0.3 btc is almost 190$ and its too hard to earn this amount of money.

if you are very good in design, blog, making logos  or anything like that and you are too lucky to get any good offer, you may earn that amount or more, but you need to try very hard and will be very lucky
