Thanks for the link, i have a few devices that i would love to support the nxt network with. Are there any incentives to running a node, besides just helping out? Not that volunteering will stop me  |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

If I have a business, what can I do with a block chain? For example, can I do anything if I'm a deli owner? What can the average Joe do with their own block chain?

But what I have is an Atom based Windows 10 computer. Uses 5w of power so it's perfect for forging NXT. |

Bring trust in your business, but you do not need yours for that. Public ones fit perfecly. You only need yours when you want your client to use and trade your own coins and not "bother" them with acquiring other coins. What can the average Joe do with their own block chain?
Nothing, average Joe benefits from the trust provided by blockchains of others. |

I have question about Ardor. If im holding NXT now, and i will recieve Ardors after.. what will happen later? Will there be both coins NXT and Ardors, Or only Ardor will remain?

1. Around 60.000 Ardor. 2. Depends on the time you forge. You could 'win' a high transaction fee included in the block. Seen transactions of 10.000-50.000 nxt |

Anyone having issues registering at the nxtforum website? The system tells me that I need to verify my account, but I never receive the verification email. I've tried it with my gmail, iCloud and private work email account with no luck. Hopefully an admin from the site see's this and can help out.
I have an Archival node up and forging with 100,000 NXT and would like to join the community.

This week, we’ve completed 25% of the snapshot process for the future distribution of the ARDR token. Those of you who have kept their NXT stake from the beginning of this process (July, 14th), should have received 1/4th of your NXT stake in ARDR (and growing).
Where does one recieve the NXT stake in Ardor ? Cannot see them on the client .
