Does anybody know when bittrex gonna launch trading of ardor?
I say let them have the day off, it's New Years day! Hi, cannot get it. Why my NXT wallet shows still ARDOR asset? All my ARDR are in my Ardor wallet already. That ARDR asset in the Nxt blockchain is frozen and cannot be traded anymore. Right after the balance snapshots happened, this property was activated. So those ARDR assets are now like a reflection of Ardor main chain genesis in the Nxt blockchain, but useless other than for reference. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I looked at the folder README.md and README.txt(Ardor client). In both folder I can see http://localhost:26876/.... , a typo ? 27876 ......? yeah, should be 27876. Just correct the link in your shortcut property and this will do all magic. i can't connect via both ports. testnet worked great. the node is running. does anybody know why this could happen? or should the terminal output of a running node look different? 2018-01-01 19:43:01 INFO: Initialization took 136 seconds

How do you know for sure that you are on the mainnet and not the testnet?
I'm asking because the checkbox under "Device Settings" was checked even tough I specified that I wanted to use the mainnet during the wallet installation process...I have been able to send 1 ARDR to someone on this forum, so it must be OK.

I enabled forging in my ARDR wallet. I don't plan to make money with this but want to contribute to secure the network while I'm working on my computer.
Does it make sense and will it work if I use my computer 2 hours/everyday?
It is secure to keep the server up and running all the time?

Or did you just use your NXT account seed to log in in the corresponding Ardor account? I guess if they both share the same code base the same seed should create the same addresses on both platforms, right?

You need to install the new ARDR wallet, the old ARDR asset is no longer valid within the NXT wallet. This is part of the snapshot that occurred December 28th. |

I've just downloaded the Ardor wallet and am trying to connect using my old nxt address but I keep getting the error message "cannot connect to nxt-proxy. No openAPI peers found". anyone got any ideas how I can fix it?

Some of us add problems with the light client version. Try the full node version and see if it helps. |

I had ARDR on Bittrex, never took from the wallet. What will happen to those tokens? Will I have any Ignis with it? Or I won't have any bonus since I needed to purchase NXT?

I don't understand Bittrex position on this. They can easily do this as well, open up the markets for trading and just leave the wallet offline for now. HitBTC nice ardor pump, would be nice to sell huh? too bad for us who use 'trex, we may miss this opportunity to sell in a bull market.. |

But Ardor already has a stable and working network, so they should open trading now. i have real problem.days ago i mentiond that i have some ardor on hitbtc and i afraid that after moving ardor to mainnet,i lose them.now,30 minutes ago i my ardor balance on hitbtc turned to zero like i never had some.i made a support email to them and i waiting.i hope that this problem solve,if not i lose huge amount of money. UPDATE: IT'S SOLVED.THANKS GOD |
