there are many users have balances more than 500,000 satoshi and that will take from our weekly balance.
so if you want to withdraw more than 150,000 satoshi you have to ask manual payment.

Btw, since micropayment services already eliminate the issue of high transaction fee, it's weird to me that those users you mentioned have accumulated so many satoshis in their accounts and they're still not withdrawing.
