1. This will just tell people which account is being sold
2. If he's giving you the acc details, that means he has access to the account.
3. What you should be asking for is a signed message.

Post quality is 90.07% Excellent, with that accuracy any signature campaign would have been happy to have him, I can say that this account maybe is never banned from a signature campaign, but don't know if its been in a signature campaign before or not, only OP can clear this doubt.

I once came accross with an account that has one or two liner post but has excellent post quality. Most spams were spams so having a 90+ % post quality in that site doesn't mean that campaig managers will see your posts as constructive or excellent.

Maybe it is as you say, but there is one thing bctalkaccountpricer.info does very well and is dictating how good the english of some person is, so am guessing the english of that person ,1 line or 2 liner is ok with me as long as its good english and is also on topic. But if its 90% + and most of the posts are spammy then I suggest to bctalkaccountpricer.info to do a more thorough job and updating the algorithm of the website in order to better check who is who.
