Probably 1coin = 1mbtc if it is on a bitcoin casino or 1coin = $1 if it is on a fiat casino. Sounds impossible to see a slot game with 51mill btc on the jackpot.

You are right. I did not bet at 5x at the -/+ sign as it shows in my screenshot above. I put it at 1 but the coins were left at 5 which was the maximum amount you can bet per line.
