All post where somewhat about the ring. Also your are in fact wrong about the chains @Tech the pawn shop offered me 50$ each as both chains are fixable for only 5-10$ one only needs the loop to put the lobster claw back on and the other is only missing the the part the lobster claw connects to.


As for the ring I was offered 400$ so I might just sell this locally for someone that's wants it.

The ring is not scrap as it's a 1ctw diamond 10k gold. So I'm not selling it for 100$ thanks.

Looks like the ring is from kmart, I do not think kmart rings were that expensive but according to this website,

Lol no the offer was local. Also I paid 1400 for the 2 year coverage of the diamonds it was 1100 Kmart.

The same ring I'd sold at jcpenny right now for 1,000.

It's definitely not 3k tho if it was a solid carat maybe.

I personally would never insist on a single person to act as escrow, but rather would suggest three potential escrows if my trading partner does not trust me enough to send first to me (and vice versa), and let my trading partner decide.

Right, but if anyone looks into your trust rating, they'll see that of the three you suggest, all three are probably actually you.  So you fool your partner into sending first even if they don't trust you.  Then you collect a fee for fooling them.  Love it when scammers give escrow advice!
