All most all country gambling is illegal only except America. I don't know it is common in America, but we see a lot of casinos there. In my homeland also it is illegal but here no one care about this we see a lot of hidden gambling house in all places in my homeland. So it is illegal, but it will not effect on gamblers if we do any white transaction then the only government will ask.

In my country i don't think it is illegal to play on online gambling casinos, in Europe it is much easy to play with comfort from home but i am playing online with bitcoin so that is not a issue for me to play online because gambling with bitcoin is really easy.

obviously physical casinos is illegal in my country but i was never know about regulation of online gambling in my country but my thought seems yes it's illegal too but as long as I do not get into trouble regarding my activity for using online gambing i think it's fine
It is illegal in our country, there are many people arrested because they get caught playing online gambling. So we need to be careful when playing an online gambling. Even though bitcoin gambling is anonymous, but once you get caught by policeman then you cant do anything. |

In my country it is legal and as this is one of the European Unions.I place bets without any problem there are many sites operating with license.I don't have this worry of playing it may be problem if I win.If I win it will be counted legal money.I am happy and can understand what people feel where online gambling is illegal.

Online gambling is not legal here in my country but people do gambling here i know some people who do online gambling.. The reason why gambling is not legal here in my country is due to religious issues.. |

My country has many social problems and gambling is no different. We have some of the biggest casinoes around though. Gambling I not illegal its just not allowed to be advertised the same way other things are. Gambling has become a problem sometimes here but I'm not sire exactly how they deal with it.

In online gambling which can stop there are a number of sites we see on the internet so they can block sites and few sites may open for us so online gambling is prevalent in everywhere.

I don't care about this online gambling is legal into my country or not, when i am playing on bitcoin related gambling sites than i feel so much safety because i don't need to submit any kind of document there so that i don't need to be worry about this.
I feel the same as bitcoins are not yet legal and hence gambling on bitcoin websites is perfectly fine. When our bank doesn't know about it, the legality issue doesn't arise. It only matters if these gambling websites have a legit license so that they just don't run away with our money. |

I live in the Philippines and online gambling is certainly legal in my country. They don't illegalize any gambling stuffs in this country. But now that the President has changed, I think there might be some changes with the rules and regulations. The new president is in the news everyday because he is solving tons of issues made by the previous president.
Even if the new president would add a rule in our cybercrime law about online gambling, I don't think it will be implemented well at all. Everyone can be anonymous when they use VPN. The cyber crime police of our country isn't that good in tracing people. Even if you scam people on the Internet, you wouldn't get traced unless you have your whereabouts posted. I believe that if online gambling becomes an illegal thing, gamblers wouldn't actually be in jail.

Here in Belgium it's legal to gamble online or offline if the casino has the proper licenses.
But the number of sites where it's legal is very limited.
you are a lucky person that in your area casino and online gambling are legal.in my are gambling is all round illegal in all its types. either it is casino or in hujra or betting on matches or even you are doing it online. every game which have the gambling element is forbidden in my area. the government have to arrest those people who are doing gambling who are running a casino are supporting online gambling there is a proper section in the low of our state. |

yeah, laws in Philippines are not that strict like on other countries.. , I hope it will be better. i think the Muslims countries laws will be more strict that Philippines. being Muslim i know some laws about the gambling and the drinker. islam totally forbibben from gambling and drinking wine. it says that the drinker the carrier of the wine mean the supplier the manufacturer and the supporter all are will be punishe in charge of wine. similarly it also disappoint the gambling its all types its supporter and the gambler. |

i have no clear idea about this but may be not legal in my country. i think it is not even legal in so many other countries. it is clear to me that in my country gambling like casino and other gambling like on sports are not legal here but still people are involve in these activities illegally.

In India, Casinos are not allowed to be on land. They have to build it on ship. Other than that, I dont really know about online gambling though.

No. Gambling itself is not legal but I still do gamble at times. Since bitcoin wallets do not require an ID, I find it safe to gamble and I hope it does not become an issue later on. In any case, bitcoin sources can not exactly be tracked/traced.

but the government can not do much to address the issue of online gambling every year new gambling sites always come
until now many people gamble online because it is more secure probably until the government found a way to close all gambling sites
