Hello I have from ethminer 4 - 4.1 mhash per second. I have AMD Radeon R7 360, 2gb gpu
Windows 10

I wont reinstall system, can be the mining by some tricks faster?

Any R7 card is very LOW END for mining on - I suspect you're not going to do a lot better.
One thing that MIGHT help some is to not run the most recent "Crimson" drivers, they're widely reported to be slow for mining under Win10 - back out to 15.12 or 15.7

Yes, don't actively, or at any rate, update your drivers. The newer drivers lower mining speeds by a margin, unless someone tells you otherwise when a driver that actually improves the speeds arrives, the new drivers are not the best to mine on.
