Loading bitcoin on a gift card for any retailer sounds like a very difficult and time consuming task to do. I don't even know if there is a service that offers to do such a thing.
If they do then expect to be paying a hefty service charge from them in order to do so.

virvox is very trusted and a old site there and you can use your vards at coinbase but i want to say that if you can not find an exchange with your payment method then why don't start yourself i am sure there will be some other people in the world who are facing same problem like you so why dont make it a exchange busness

In the past I had also a prepaid credit card and bought Successful Bitcoins on Virwox. The fees are high but maybe it can help you out. https://www.virwox.com
I tried the site once, but the fees are to high for me .It is a good site
