Wanted: Server Technician with web-related skills

I need an individual that is competent in managing Linux servers, can install and modify Perl/PHP scripts on said servers and can do it in an efficient manner. The end goal is an online community using existing software. I want little room for error. I will pay per job per day at a negotiable rate in Bitcoins.
