Never staked an address on the account so the new buyer can start fresh staking an address.
If the account does not currently have any addresses posted then it is possible that the account is hacked. You could have simply deleted any addresses that the account posed in order to make this claim. Just because the address has never posted an address does not mean that anything changes by the fact that you are unable to produce a signed message. |
