There is a lot of excitement around for the halving but I prefer to be grounded since no one know how this is going to turn out. Everything can happen.
Even a price crash with miners cashing out all at the same time is possible.

Most of us are excited but we can't feel it because the price doesn't seem to moving fast. We should be seeing the price to pump right now because we're expecting the event to make a big impact on the price of bitcoin, right?

Well,at this point of time ,I really have no idea what to do with my coins.I have been making a good amounts by trading ,the recent downfall that happened before peaking again is a nice example you can't really predict always positive outcome.

P.S: Instead of counting from 1-10,count the other way around IE 10-1.

You should continue to hold your coins and not buy currently. There have been many users who have been holding over 2-3 BTC before May when the price was ranging between 450-500. We can just hope that the price does not drop drastically like it happened with LTC.

There has been so much speculation over the halving, will the price rocket or will it not, it would be something if nothing at all happened and it was just another day in the crypto world 

I do think that we will see a spike a day or two before it happens, here's hoping.

Well the missing days to halving will be insane and I believe after it happens we will see bitcoin at 800 dollars, but at bitcoin we never know what may happen some say that this is the halving price already.

As we are approaching the halving, bitcoin is now up to over $660, up by 4% from previous price. Looks like the excitement and speculation over the halving event would really be felt in the days leading to it.

I'm not so sure. Everyone has thoughts that the price will double (or at least a large part of the loud demographic that's posting here) and I expect that that's all they're going to be - thoughts. Not many here even have 1 BTC, and so I doubt that much action is going to be caused through the hype, but rather wealthier parties. However, the halving does not signify a price boom. In fact, the effects were already felt [at least by some degree] in the months leading up to it. I don't expect a large jump in the price. Perhaps a 5-20% increase, maximum, from what we have right now?

But who knows? Markets can be unpredictable*

If the price goes way up, I expect some of that to be panic buying and we will see it come back down. I really don't expect a big increase from the halving since we have already had some increases.

yeah, the whales are going to set the course for bitcoin price. the halving on its own is just a milestone in the history and nothing else. but the hype with the help of whales can make huge changes for bitcoin.

i am not so exited comparison to you.bitcoin rate already increased to his high price before halving because everyone stop spending theirs coin for halving so this case happened already before it which should be happens exactly while halving.
now bitcoin rate can't go above more than 950$ while halving.

Well I also hope that bitcoin's price will skyrocket this coming halving. i think it will skyrocket to 1000$ this july 11.  Well it seems hard but it is not impossible.
