Don't deposit your bitcoin on cex.io . They really have some nice rules and no liquidity policy at all. If you deposit your bitcoin to cex.io you might not have any risk but if you don't have enough bitcoin deposited. Then your bitcoin is gone forever. To withdraw that amount you have to deposit greater amount before withdraw. And if you're unlucky enough and didn't deposited that much bitcoin then even if you delete your account they wont give your bitcoin back  Angry . So my opinion is don't deposit on cex.io if you don't have enough bitcoin  Cry

Yes I think they are safe but I am talking about their liquidity system if you need bitcoin urgently for any need then if it is lower than withdraw amount you can't withdraw them at all at any cost. You must have more bitcoin than minimum withdraw amount. And I am facing that problem. And they won't refund you if your delete account too get back the bitcoin. All the companies refund bitcoin when you delete account but they don't  Cry

So you are talk about if you delete your account they don't give your bitcoin back, who is make a fault? before you make a deposit in one site the first you must do is check the terms and condition for deposit and withdraw.

This thread doesn't belong in the Scam Accusations section.

Having a Minimum Withdrawal limit in place doesn't mean they are scamming you.

It is not a scam issue you do not have to write about it in scam accusation, but this topic should be in service discussion, as it is not their scam, but it is their withdrawal rule/limit, every payment site exchange have right to formulate their deposit and withdrawal limit.

That's why I suggest everyone to use https://coinsbank.com (formerly known as Bit-x)
They have a great liquidating policy and you can withdraw the coins anytime.

I have already stopped using CEX soon after they stopped their cloud mining services.

I these are their limits and not their scam, before joining any site we should have to read their rules and terms and conditions, in order to stay away from any problem in the future.
