I've just sent 1798.225 BELA to the coinexchange.io deposit address they gave me and nothing. No pending deposit, nothing at all. Have opened a support ticket but by the looks of this thread the coins may be gone.
Class action may be a good idea indeed!

Always do a test deposit with a new coin or exchange, because it's possible they're not on the same chain you are. (I can't find any status page on coinexchange.io which shows things like height or last block time - this would be very handy) Have your funds shown up yet? I've noticed that pending deposits don't always get picked up immediately, but they usually show up within 10 or 20 minutes. |

You sended ERC20 BELA or old BELA? If ERC20 - check transaction in etherscan |

Try to contact them on Support hopefully they will give you any reply about this or may be this is just temporary because some time due to wallet maintenance exchanges disable coins and its take time |

I also didn't have any problems for far, been trading, depositing, withdrawing. Sometimes some wallets are under maintenance but that is something you can see on any other exchange so no big deal. We will see how good is the service when something goes wrong.  |

Hello . My account is locked 3 days and 4 hour  The support my answers in 36 hours! Here is what told me the support of coinexchange.io: I HAVE FORWARDED THOS ON THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM. PLEASE BE PATIENT, THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Since are spend 36 h more. I would like some help from a professional. I do not understand why the support will send my case to another support. I would like to know how much time on average I should wait! how long do I have to wait to unlock it? MY TICKET NR: 87619 THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME. I think that my locked my account to trade my DV7 coin I have 15 btc in DV7 COIN I WOULD SEND THEM TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT BUT IT MY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT. My account locked too and got this same message from support and it's been 10 days from that message and still problem not solved. I think they are scamming and stealing peoples money  |

Careful. ALQO (XLQ) is currently on the wrong chain on CE. You loose your funds if you deposit or withdraw them.

How did you apply for support ? Go to support on coinexchange website to sign up for an account and send a ticket to them talking about your issue, waiting for a long or short time depending on the facilitator. That's all you can do. |

In January 2018 I'v bought an amount of Vsync (VSX) and after a devaluation of this currency I just left it there to wait for an eventual recover.
For my surprise last week when I checked the balance at coin exchange, the same amount I bought from VSX is shown in another currency OLV, which I never bought.
This currency was only traded until October 2017, I never heard about it, and the balance shows that it is in maintenance.
After opening a Ticket and insisting a lot, I only get evasive replies like my balance has no funds, no currencies etc. I sent them prints of the current balance, and no solution.
I really think I was robbed, and Coin Exchange is not willing to solve it.
I demanded the same amount back in the currency I purchased.

Yes right, maintenance is normal, it usually takes about 3 hours to 6 hours for normal, I am still active using coinexchange.io because trading here is instant and fast compared to others. |

Are you still trading on coinexchange? I can't withdraw ethereum out from the exchange until now. And I'm getting some error when withdrawing it. according to balances tab, this wallet is undergoing maintenance. Here is the error that I receive when withdrawing the ethereum "This currency is currently halted or in maintenance mode. Please try again later." How many hours do you think they can fix this? If ever they don't fix this I put this on scam accusation DTs will see this and including you will receive negative trust from helping this exchange and encouraging other users to use this exchange without any issues as like as you said. Edit: It looks like their Ethereum withdrawal is undergoing maintenance so I decided to exchange it to bitcoin and now the withdrawal for bitcoin is working fine thanks. |

Since I've been trading at Coinexchange.io the support has been outstanding. Most of the times within 24hours a reply and I always have the idea
that they solve any issue instantly. If I compare it with some bad experiences I had in the past with some other exchanges, I am not going to mention the name of.
This is just a decent and professional exchange.
