I'm not sure you will get that amount without colateral!

Private keys can be sold along with accounts, so a signed message will not necessarily mean an account was not sold.

Oh, I was going off an optimistic account price.
I assume as you are in this market much more then you will know the greatest price to ue.

Private keys can be sold and other online accounts can be sold too so signed messages from other accounts are easy to do. However, it is less likely that will be done!

You will need to put up a little more than that for collateral in order to get this loan.  Your collateral is good, but will nto cover the loan you are asking for.  If you have any other collateral, please let us know.

I thought that prices were more depressed then that. I also am unsure how accurate bitcointalk account pricer is in their price estimates

I think that is based on an old assumption
In order to calculate the value of an account to take as colateral for a loan, I usually halve the value given on that account pricer as I see it to be very inaccurate!
Also, from a couple of users that have defaulted, I realised that the accounts are very difficult to shift!

The issue is that the user is looking for the loan without collateral.  They are counting on the signature payout in order to collect the BTC in order to pay the loan back.

That's all they are - estimates. It's only a simple algorithm based on the "post quality" which is based on average characters per post, the amount of posts and activity, and some other factors that don't matter as much as if you were to review the account yourself.

That is in the format of a dogecoin address?

Never ever fall on such traps or you will end up losing your collateral or personal details
