this is usdt isn't it? usdt's a pretty tiny market even for bitcoin. poloniex and fiat doesn't seem to go together in most minds.

if poloniex serious about pair fiat money USD
i think poloniex must added payment procesor another USDT
poloniex until now only support USD tether
if added another payment procesor i think poloniex is large volume transaction
