Greetings,

I'm welcome every one to discuss this great topic.

When we have one of the cross platform, opensource stock engine, like joomla, drupal or wordpress we have now, every body from south to north be able to start each own mtgox.

What is a buble - you see now, it is  catastrophe for bitcoin.
One hit of bear, and all of us goes to looking donates.

When it was decentralized, opensource and free, only who care(hoster) will have peace of commission.

Who think what?

Now we are really have only one mtgox, and about 10(ten) another small exchange platforms. It is really bad scenario.

Requirements:
1. Cross platform: from windows and linux -> to AIX/Solaris, whatever, use better high level language.
2. Flexibility: would be great to connect each open source exchanges engines, like IRC servers to one great swarm.
3. Low load: As more as possible low load to server, to give chance to every one who will.
4. Opensource: it is the best and fast way to catch all of bugs.
5. And five, and most of famous problem which should be solved: compatibility with common payments system, compatibility with $ U.S. dollar.
If this part will be solved like a couple of modules would be great for extensibility, scalability.

Last (fifth) point looks like the main one, and it is so. But it would be easy solved by our common will.

I know that such opensource free engine will save bitcoin.

You may crucify me on the cross.

While the idea is good i wouldnt rely on giving random people tools to collect your money and bitcoins and run in unknown direction Smiley
