Asking to lend BTC worth 10€ is a serious crime in the real world! Cheesy

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=741

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time.

you ignored the thread and now you are ignoring all the facts there while focusing on this , it's not a crime no but does your lawyer in real life ask you to give him 10 euros loan ?
let's forget this 10 euros thing , why are you ignoring the whole thread that your client made while you are busy spamming other threads ?

I'm very curious to see what you will answer about this:

Game-Protect

I confess that I read this information so many times that I am very curious to know what you will answer about it. And by your reaction to this case involving this user @h4ns shows that you do not have many arguments to defend yourself. which means that you are defensive and afraid of being discovered

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=741

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time.

And you call us mentally ill bitcointalk accounts. So which next client is you gonna ask for €210 loan to repay h4ns or maybe you are not planning to repay him back at all.  Roll Eyes

why are you ignoring the whole thread that your client made while you are busy spamming other threads ?

I think he is puzzled that what answer he should give. It seems to me that he is trying to catch some new clients while he dodges these accusations with his line "Asking to lend BTC worth 10€ is a serious crime in the real world! Cheesy"

Oh, big red scam warning on top of gameprotect's thread is visible again.
And by your reaction to this case involving this user @h4ns shows that you do not have many arguments to defend yourself.
Gameprotect usually doesn't have arguments, instead, they play little mind games.

These gamblers refuse to answer the for online casino victims very important questions:

How many complaints / value did not lead to success?

If your complaints service did not lead to success, will you assist the enforcement using lawyer and court if necessary?

Please ask in their thread the above 2 questions: AskGamblers.com 🔥 Presents the best bitcoin casinos 🔥 Top bitcoin games

I think it is time to involve admins of the website somehow. I know theymos doesn't ban people that easily but they can't hide behind trust anymore. This dude literally has as negative trust as it gets and now has flags all over his profile and he has been literally kicked out of community yet he comes back and finds a way to still keep trolling and then scam innocent people. I don't care what theymos thinks about banning but this time he really deserves it and if we all pressure him to do it then theymos will be forced to acknowledge the issue and ban him.

If not we can literally find a way to attract people from here to somewhere else that has reddit like upvote/downvote schematics so that people would downvote people like GP instead of giving him an equal chance as a legit helping poster.

ban him

You can report GP's off topic posts if he tries to promote his service in unrelated threads. It may eventually lead to a ban but then he can create a new account. I wouldn't put too much hope into this.

If not we can literally find a way to attract people from here to somewhere else that has reddit like upvote/downvote schematics so that people would downvote people like GP instead of giving him an equal chance as a legit helping poster.

Trust flags already label GP as a scammer. If someone still wants to give him money - that's not a problem this forum can solve.

This is not true!

1) Believe means not knowing and not knowing confirms that it is not. Smiley

2) The bitcointalk.org administration also clearly states that it does not verify such beliefs. Smiley

Maybe you should cooperate with a church that is able to verify such beliefs! Cheesy

You now have a red tag against you for violating a contract. You laugh that asking for a 10 euro loan is a trivial matter. However, you accuser states that you now refuse to respond to him because he refused to give you a loan. That seems like a piss poor way to run a business: cutting off a person just because they wouldn't give you a trivial loan.  Roll Eyes Also, if your business is doing so well, why do you have to ask your clients for a 10 spot?

How about you focus on returning the money you scammed.

The good news is that you're such a broke-ass penny scammer that you're asking for 10 euro handouts and 200 euro is apparently a life-changing amount for you... hopefully there aren't many victims.

The "!!!" on your account indicates otherwise.

tl;dr
- I sent GP €210 for covering a processing fee which he promised to refund on June 30 in the event he isn’t able to recover my funds
- he didn’t return the money to date
- he stopped replying to my emails for almost a week

Lol you are such an epic troll. I wonder if you have any common sense at all 😂

It's the common practice of the forum that the administrator does not get involved with any sorts of scams and stuffs and you are using it in your argument !!! BIG LOL

Read the reference accusation thread (Fact is you already read, and know that what you are after) poor fella. You claim to be a protector but seems like the protector does not even have 200 some Euro to settle the case. You are a cheap scammer my dumb ass nonsense poor mentally ill bitcointalk user game-protect  😂

The claim is not verified!

It's verified by a large number of users who supported the flag and found it to be credible. If you want to provide proof to the contrary (e.g. that you refunded the 210 euro payment) - free free to do so, but so far you have refused to address the issue at all. Your evasive shenanigans make you look guilty AF.

I see. Real world definition for verified: Confirmed as to accuracy or truth by acceptable evidence, action, etc.

h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. Or even just respond.  They are willing to work something out since you're broke.

@Game Protect

I would like to remind you that I give you the chance to make a statement on this. I also would like you to know that I give you four weeks to refund the money but you have to commit to it now. If you promise to do so, I won't create a red flag. It's not my intention to judge or to blame you for your actions but if you neither reply nor refund the money you leave me no choice.

GP, will you return the money? Yes or no?

@Game Protect, are you even willing to return my money?
