Good for them.
And good for me, because the more online casino victims are misled by the scam accusation published on bitcointalk.org the higher will be the compensation demand from h4ns! Smiley

#1
[flag]

The flag is correct, not only based on what h4ns said but also based on your own admission. You took 210 euro,
In the real world it is not a scam to take 210€! Roll Eyes

didn't deliver the service,
I delivered the service!

and didn't pay the 210 euro back.
Only because your brain is not able to understand it, does not mean that I did not refund the 210€! Roll Eyes

I already reduced the 210€ from the current 10,000€ compensation demand for h4ns's defamation campaign that I scammed him July 2019.

h4ns to Game Protect currently 10,000€ compensation demand minus Game Protect to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to Game Protect 9,790€

#3
Based on h4ns's statements and extortion attempt towards Game Protect it is clear that he not only act negligent but intentionally!

h4ns intentionally lies that I did not give him the contact details of the foundation, but he instantly published it on SBR!

h4ns intentionally lies that he was not contacted by the lawyer who handles his 6 cases!

@Game Protect

I would like to remind you that I give you the chance to make a statement on this. I also would like you to know that I give you four weeks to refund the money but you have to commit to it now. If you promise to do so, I won't create a red flag. It's not my intention to judge or to blame you for your actions but if you neither reply nor refund the money you leave me no choice.

There is no indication of negligence here. h4ns is giving you a chance to pay him back.
Correct! Smiley It is not negligence and he does it intentionally!

#4

Several online casino victims already informed in written form that they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is a scammer and therefore are scared and or will not engage Game Protect!

That doesn't prove any actual damages.
Written statements by online casino victims that they did not engage Game Protect because they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is scammer is proof of the estimated damage in the real world! Smiley

It is also important to note that in the whole world bitcointalk.org is the only platform that publicly claims that Game Protrect is a scammer!

So it is clear that it is done intentionally to damage Game Protect, especially as bitcointalk.org did not show any valid proof to back its claim! Wink

Who is/are misleading?
If there is anyone then it's you as far as I know. 5% upfront LOL

You think he would not use this (if he would refund) to find a chance to market his service that he does full refund if he fails?
I think he is too poor that 210€ is a lot for him LOL and now may be he is trying but since he can not make a new victim he is struggling to pay it back :-P

I delivered the service!

Did h4ns get his money back from Betmaster?

Only because your brain is not able to understand it, does not mean that I did not refund the 210€! Roll Eyes

Actually the lack of refund means that you didn't refund. It doesn't matter what you or I think about it.

There is no indication of negligence here. h4ns is giving you a chance to pay him back.
Correct! Smiley It is not negligence and he does it intentionally!

To prove defamation you need to prove that h4ns was (at least) negligent. Now you're saying it's not negligence. You're gonna have a hard time in your imaginary court with your imaginary defamation claim.

Written statements by online casino victims that they did not engage Game Protect because they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is scammer is proof of the estimated damage in the real world! Smiley

No, that's not proof of damage, since your whole "business" is fraud and extortion. I doubt the court would take potential scam proceeds into account as damages.

And again, this only matters if the 210 euro scam didn't happen, if h4ns lied about it, and was negligent. It's quite clear that the scam happened, since you admitted it so many times that you're refusing to refund h4ns, and there isn't any negligence, which you also admitted above.

Yes I know. Smiley

That is why I look now for online casino victims who are misled to not engage Game Protect because bitcointalk.org publicly states that Game Protect is a scammer without showing valid proof. Wink

Only because your brain is not able to understand it, does not mean that I did not refund the 210€! Roll Eyes

Actually the lack of refund means that you didn't refund. It doesn't matter what you or I think about it.
Yes, thanks to the justice system it does not matter what you or I or extremely mentally ill bitcointalk accounts think! Smiley

But in the real world, if I owe you 200€ and you owe me 1,000€ and I reduce the 200€ from the 1,000€ you owe me, then I refunded the 200€ I owe you.

In the real world, if I owe you 200€ and you owe me 1,000€ and I do not reduce the 200€ from the 1,000€ and continue to demand 1,000€, then I did not refund the 200€.

But I already informed you several times that I reduced the 210€ I owe h4ns from the current estimated 10,000€ compensation demand for h4ns's defamation campaign.

There is no indication of negligence here. h4ns is giving you a chance to pay him back.

Intentionally is more serious / stands above negligent and if I can proof that he did it intentionally, then I automatically fulfilled the requirement "at least negligent". Wink

Did what "intentionally"? Post on a forum?

Perhaps you meant "intentional tort" but it's impossible to tell from your ramblings. There isn't any indication that h4ns posted the facts of your scam with intent to harm you. He wants his money back. He's not asking for anything beyond that. Pay him back.

Did intentionally make false and misleading statements about what happened and intentionally false and misleading opened a scam accusation on bitcointalk.org that I scammed him July 2019 for 210€!

Juggling with words is not making it any better. You have taken 210€ from the user but failed to provide the service and you are not even admitting that you should be paying him for a failed service.

You are a low level scammer.

No, h4ns simply stated a fact - since confirmed by yourself - that you didn't refund him. Any legitimate business would have said "sorry" and would have refunded instead of trolling. If you really had any loss of business due to this scam allegation you'd be solving it post haste instead of letting your imaginary "damages" to accrue.

I confirmed that I refunded him September 3, 2019, after he asked to get the 210€ back.

Proof:

Yes, the 210€ are reduced from the compensation demand caused by his public defamation campaign that I scammed him July 2019.

h4ns to Game Protect currently 10,000€ compensation minus Game Protect to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to Game Protect 9,790€

Any legitimate business would have said "sorry" and would have refunded instead of trolling.
Every legitimate business holds customers who unjustifiably starts a defamation campaign, because their brain substantiated that Game Protect is a scam because I asked him to lend me BTC worth 10€ two times, liable for the estimated damage caused! Wink

If you really had any loss of business due to this scam allegation you'd be solving it post haste instead of letting your imaginary "damages" to accrue.
How can I solve it post haste?

Do you think an army of extremely mentally ill bitcointalk accounts put a lot of time and effort in to attack and lie about Game Protect if the damage caused by their activity is imaginary?

Surely not! Cheesy

What I understand is h4ns never got a penny back and s/he does not want your service anymore since you stopped responding him. Now you calculated h4ns owe 10,000€ to you and you are simply just doing a minus math of the 210€ h4ns paid upfront?

You are entitled to refund the 210€ euro and close the business with h4ns. It's proven that you can not bring any penny from anyone.

I'm glad you asked. This shows progress. Here is how you can solve it: refund 210 euro to h4ns. Not only this is the right thing to do, but also has a very low cost compared to the protracted forum discussions, let alone a lawsuit.

You going to use the same lawyer that forced a company that had already vanished with everyone's money to declare bankruptcy?

Here's the result of GP collecting several thousand dollars from the most gullible of the poker community several years ago....

https://www.knipselkrant-curacao.com/ad-online-pokersite-failliet-verklaard/

Quote
Willemstad - Equity Marketing Management bv, operator of online gambling sites, has been declared bankrupt. An unknown amount of gamblers, including from the United States, is sometimes the victim of $ 153,000 per person.

This newspaper has the documents that prove it. The private company was declared bankrupt on June 19. This happened at the request of two victims, who had engaged lawyer Roelof Bijkerk for this. On May 9, the request was made for bankruptcy of Equity Marketing Management, trading under the name Equity Poker Network, FullFlushPoker.

During the hearing and hearing in the council chamber, incidentally, only authorized Bijkerk appeared, but no one on the part of the operator of the online gambling websites. This is clear from the judgment of the Court of First Instance in Curaçao.

Equity Marketing Management appears not only to leave behind many unpaid debts, but is also surrounded by mystery. For example, the BV does not have a known address on Curaçao. There was / is not a natural person director-director. Previously the e-Management nv legal person was registered as a statutory director.

Equity Marketing then operated from the E-Commerce Park in Vredenberg, but the postal address was the Emancipatie Boulevard. The company was established in March 2013 and the Chamber of Commerce shows that the registration was terminated on 24 February 2017.

While I appreciate your extremely mentally ill brain wash nonsense shit, GP did not collect anything from any player who joined the GP assisted Full Flush Poker 65:35 enforcement proceeding.

Claiming defamation and then suggesting that the amount owed is simply subtracted from the ill-enforced claim amount is not only ridiculous, it demonstrates your complete and utter inability to understand basic law.

You don't protect, you scam.
