You forgot to answer this: did you get money back from Betmaster for h4ns?
September 3rd h4ns canceled the assistance agreement and it is absolutely irrelevant whether or not he received money from Betmaster! Roll Eyes

It's absolutely relevant because you promised to get the money from Betmaster by June 30 or refund the 210 euro. So did you get his money from Betmaster?
I refunded the 210€ after h4ns requested it September 3rd:

h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand for damages caused by his defamation campaign - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley

Where does the 20,000 euro figure for damages causes by his 'campaign' come from? Is there any basis for that number or have you just pulled it from thin air - you won't get very far in a court if your numbers aren't backed up by concrete examples of where you've lost business that you absolutely would have had without his 'campaign' occurring...
I have several written statements from online casino victims where they state their concerns about engaging Game Protect because they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is a scam!

One claimant lost 200 BTC to an illegal casino operation that laundered it afterwards. Another claimant lost 250,000 AUD after permanent self-exclusion request.

It is not possible to calculate the exact damage, because some online casino victims simply will not contact Game Protect after they read on bitcointalk.org that Game Protect is a scammer.

The current 20.000€ compensation demand from h4ns is without legal action. After the necessary engagement of a lawyer in his country of residence, the lawyer could calculate an unlike larger (or lowyer) amount than the current 20,000€ compensation demand.

However, clear is that h4ns asked September 3rd to get the 210€ back and I confirmed with closing his support tickets and it is also clear that his defamation campaign he started the same day towards Game Protect caused a higher damage than the 210€. Therefore the 210€ are refunded because I reduced it from the compensation demand.

The whole argument is idiotic because there's plenty of reason for h4ns to believe you were a scammer when they said so. Unless you can prove they didn't actually think you were a scammer, you have no case.

And even if you did  shouldn't every user that left you negative feedback, supported the flag, or called you a scammer on any forum all be held equally responsible?

That's got to be over 100 different people.

Yeah.  But it's not h4ns problem that you can't hold the other people liable.  Why should they have to pay you for all the damages other people caused?

h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. Is stop answering emails after the claimant said that he does not want my further assistance a scam?

If yes, please quote the applicable law?

If you refund the money, then show proof that you refund the money. You should know that it is easier to believe the proof. Once you show proof all this discussion will take a different turn and you can save a little of your reputation. just show proof

After the necessary engagement of a lawyer in his country of residence, the lawyer could calculate an unlike larger (or lower) amount than the current 20,000€ compensation demand.

This statement clearly confirms how clueless you are in regard to legal things!

Everyone can believe what he wants, but publicly false and misleading claiming that someone committed a criminal offense while he did not, makes you liable for the damage caused!

Shouldn't every user that left you negative feedback, supported the flag, or called you a scammer on any forum all be held equally responsible?
In the real world you can only hold someone liable if you have his identity.

You literally called hundreds of people criminals for running signatures on this forum, which in-itself isn't illegal. You literally just defined what you've done yourself.

You've defamed more people than people have defamed you.

You suggested he called you a criminal by saying you "scammed" him, but you literally point blank called people criminals for lesser actions...

The 210€ were refunded the same day September 3rd!

If you refund the money, then show proof that you refund the money. You should know that it is easier to believe the proof. Once you show proof all this discussion will take a different turn and you can save a little of your reputation. just show proof
Here is the proof of the refund:

h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand for his defamation campaign - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley

No, the "discussion" will not take a different run! Roll Eyes

And scam is breaking the law! It is a criminal offense to be exact!

No it's not man.  You are literally just making shit up.
How dead a brain must be to claim fraud is not a criminal offense! Roll Eyes

Fraud

"In law, fraud is intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive a victim of a legal right. Fraud can violate civil law (i.e., a fraud victim may sue the fraud perpetrator to avoid the fraud or recover monetary compensation), a criminal law (i.e., a fraud perpetrator may be prosecuted and imprisoned by governmental authorities), or it may cause no loss of money, property or legal right but still be an element of another civil or criminal wrong."

Yes, fraud can violate civil or criminal laws. It can also violate no laws.

Please quote the laws where it says that fraud also can not violate any laws?

In the applicable laws of h4ns fraud is a criminal offense!

No.  The law that you're falsely accusing h4ns of (libel) would be a civil offense in the United States.
