But the federal tax act is not applicable for Game Protect. Wink

Who says "federal tax act is not applicable for game protect" ? You ?
But you aren't a lawyer, so how do you know ?

If this one is not applicable, there must be one applicable then ?
What law text apply to your organization ?

You forgot to reply :

What has changed since +-20 hours?

Certainly not the fact that you don't reply to questions embarrassing yourself.

Questions

1) if you offer your service for free to people who register on those sites, does it not influence them to register?
2) If you post information about their ongoing promotions does that not inform people about that service?
3) does giving a complete guide on how to register (including this message : "1. Press the register now button") not inform people on how to register for the service, and influence them to do so? Because it literally says "Fill out the registration form at Ignition website." and that could be looked at as influencing people to register for that service.
4) Does the message "At Ignition poker casino, you'll get your adrenaline pumping as you dive right into the thrill of competition? it's high-intensity at its finest." not influence people to register for that service?

What law text apply to your organization ?
The one of the applicable jurisdiction.
And which jurisdiction would this be?
Disney World? Phantasialand? Maybe Narnia?
Would you be able to tell us under which laws GP operates?

I don't want to get involved in all of the other arguments that you have going on, I would just like to make a few points:

If I put the word 'free' in front of advertising then that is what you, me and all of the other affiliates sites are doing - offering free advertising to brands in the hope that players visit brands via clicking on a link from our sites.  Yes you offer other services on top (I'm not here to get involved discussing those Wink )

Promoting affiliate links is mainly done on your site via the free advertising mentioned earlier, for yourself, you mainly do this on your website but telling potential players about your services and they can register with your affiliate link.  I'm not saying this is wrong but it is promotion.
I do not give 5 cents for what someone says who promotes the publicly proven 1xBit scam as most visited bitcoin casinos!

It's the 4th most visited brand on my site going by the traffic my site generates.  This is why it is in the 4th position on my site.

It is also very obvious to everyone here that you're pathetic. You haven't proven anything of note, no long standing member on any of the forums I have seen your worthless posts on have stood up for you and said "wait a minute, you know what GP is a good guy and helped me fix xyz issue"

You will not succeed in this business because it is plainly obvious to everyone that reads your worthless nonsense, that you have no idea how to correspond with brands without appearing confrontational.  How many of your sentences start or contain "the publicly proven xyz scam" or "your brainwash theories".  If that is how you investigate issues and try to find resolutions, then it is no surprise that almost no one on the forums has your back.

You even tried to make out you were associated with these guys until the owner tore you a new one.

You like to call out brands, fine, try and be professional about it.  You even promoted brands that you have since removed because you call them a scam - how can your judgement be trusted?

Anybody that doesn't agree with you, you'll twist quotes, call that person a shill etc.

I know that you will come back with an incoherent infantile retort as that is the only weapon in your armory.  One can only surmise that you were bullied mercilessly in school and now you have access to a keyboard and the internet, you must wreak vengeance.

Please teach us what will happen if someone says Game Protect helped me to fix an issue?

You will not succeed in this business because it is plainly obvious to everyone that reads your worthless nonsense, that you have no idea how to correspond with brands without appearing confrontational.
In what business will I not succeed? You probably missed this part, but Game Protect is not a business!

According to your brain wash theory, online gaming consumer protection service is worthless nonsense?

Can you also explain why online gaming consumer protection service is worthless?

I do not care at all if the correspondence with shady brands appear confrontational. Nevertheless, almost every shady operator has the option to settle an issue voluntarily. If they are stubborn and think they will solve it with ignoring Game Protect, then it is their problem and not mine. Smiley

Criminals like you will continue committing criminal offenses and this totally independent of whether someone speaks friendly with you or not! Based on my experience, there is only one language criminals understand. Wink

You even tried to make out you were associated with these guys until the owner tore you a new one.
How did I try to make out I am associated with these guys?

Also, can you translate tore you a new one to readable English?

Is Game Protect associated with Bitcointalk forum owner?

You bore me

My experience with Game-Protect [Must Read]

Hello everyone,
As you may know, we have our own site Get-Paid.com and we own a few other sites where we try to make ends meet on a month to month basis. I am one of the co-owners of Get-Paid.com, a business we started about 9 years ago.

We and I are not affiliated in anyway with Game-Protect and I'm here to describe my experience with Game-Protect and only my experience.

In 2013 I was addicted to sports betting, I wanted to stop and and I closed so many betting accounts on a permanent basis - aka - self exclusion. There was one website that did not honor my self-exclusion and "played games" with me ... what do I mean by that? I mean they literally told me one day I was self-excluded, the next day allowed me to keep on losing money.

I asked them to stop abusing my request and honor it, they asked me to take a photo of myself holding a letter, and take photo of my Passport, proof of Address and what's not - they told me "You're fine, you're permanently excluded" - not a long afterwards they still allowed me to bet, and not only that they emailed me promotions with free bets to place, so they tried to entice me to bet with them despite having a sealed request confirmed and authorized.

I eventually after consulting on forums decided to use their bonuses to arbitrage bets (i.e. there are 2 possible outcomes so I would use the bonus to ensure I would get a small profit) - they told me they didn't like it and I told them I did it not for the money but so they could close my account for good.

Eventually that's what they did, but I still felt like they must pay for what they did, in business when you lie to someone like this and you don't honor self-exclusions then you should be liable for that! In the UK for instance this would never happen. The issue is that site was based in Curacao.

I tried contacting in 2013-2014 so many lawyers in Curacao to handle this case, many haven't replied, some asked for huge amounts of money to be dealing with it, and I didn't even know if they were reliable or not, it's Curacao, not a place everyone knows - I gave up already on trying to do anything with this case....

Until I found this thread a few months ago - where I saw Game Protect, I decided to speak to GP further about my case, now this is a case from 5 years ago!

Apparently the law in Curacao allows you to chase something like this up to 5 years and in August 2018 it would be 5 years so I was literally on the verge of getting this case expired ... GP helped me to get a lawyer to take this case on a 30-70 basis (30% for the lawyer, 70% for myself, whilst GP received a very small Bitcoin donation out of this).

You guys might not know me personally, but I'm here to tell you that GP assisted me with this case from the beginning until the end - the lawyer made that company pay me back my losses (around $10,500 in total) which perhaps is a small amount for some of you but for someone who's trying to make ends meet it's a substantial amount!

I see there are lots of haters in this thread against GP and I can only ask you to rethink what you say ... this is my personal experience and I hope it can be shared with others, because Game Protect delivers what it promises to do.

While that's a very nice (possibly fabricated) story, I think you're missing some key points as to why this entire thread is compiled of users who think GP should be banned-
1)  He's a pathological liar
2)  He's manipulative with his words, only quotes what he wants to include
3)  He's been proven to create aliases to personally attack gaming operators who don't want to "donate" for his "services"
4)  He repeatedly bumps his own threads, a clear violation on this forum.  But will call out someone else for the exact thing.  In other words, he's a major hypocrite
5)  He now has Copper and Legendary members calling him out on his bullshit
6)  He's just an overall low life who brings nothing to this forum other than his constant begging and nagging.

But other than that, your story seems legit.  Roll Eyes
I mean, who wouldn't trust someone with all of that negative reputation?  Roll Eyes

So firstly you think Get-Paid.com will risk ruining its dignity and honor by lying to people and fabricate a story? With an attitude like yours you won't get far, that's for sure.

1) GP has never lied, ever, not even once! Any document/agreement/protocol was disclosed and provided as agreed, you are accusing GP of lying to others, do you have any proof of that?

2) Your words. Not mine, not his.

3) How is it proven? Gambling operators should not worry about their services if they do everything legally. If you care about gambling operators so much, why don't you disclose who you really work for?

4) We also have our own thread in Bitcointalk:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1033612.0

From time to time we do bump the thread with news to our users - is this a crime?! A business is allowed to tell other users about news, new products etc. - that's not a violation of the forum.

5) Who are they?

6) He helped me personally and I'm here to thank him for that help.

You said in the end of your post "your story seems legit" whilst in the beginning you said it's possibly fabricated - okay, so what are you after?

Do you have anything against Get-Paid.com? If not are you accusing Get-Paid.com of lying to members? Not paying user withdrawals? If you don't have any accusation against our business - then please don't call what we post online fabricated, we've been in business for a very long time already and we care about our reputation and whatever we post online.

Game Protect from Get-Paid.com's point of view is an excellent source to help people to make legal claims against legal issues they had with gambling operators.

Well first of all, I've never heard of your site and I doubt anyone in this thread has either.

You seem to be pretty popular in India, so good for you!

Next, you need to understand that there are literally 25 people in this thread calling GP a scammer, yet then you appear and everyone is supposed to change their opinion on the clown.

Yes, you are ruining any reputation you have for your site by defending this hypocrite.

Maybe, you should read through this gigantic thread in which he has been proven a liar before coming in here on your high horse acting like you know it all.

If you think we are only popular in India then you're wrong.
Secondly, I personally came into this thread because I had an actual experience with GP!

Am I not allowed to share my own experience to others?
So it's only you who are allowed to trash talk and bash GP?

As I mentioned I tried so many lawyers and so many legal services in the past, none was helpful like GP, simply none!

I am not acting like I know it all but I am acting as a customer who had an experience with the service and wishes to tell others about it aka review aka feedback aka making a genuine post in the thread. Seems legitimate to me whether you like it or not!

I don't think game-protect will answer that since the respondent is claiming that the "case" was "settled" provided that the gambling site remains anonymous. Which is pretty convenient for their side as firstly they are claiming that the case was settled outside of the court meaning their are no official court case records to provide as evidence. Second is the fact that the gambling site should remain anonymous if game-protect really wants to protect the players they should be naming the gambling casino which they didn't.

No.
Lutpin specifically asked:
Quote
How many of those actions resulted in court cases? How many of those cases did you win?
Game-protect answered with one to both questions:

How many of those actions resulted in court cases?
One.
How many of those cases did you win?
One.

And after that, out of nowhere, someone came and said they payed GP upfront and that 5 years old case was settled without lawsuit.

Game protect said that they won 1 court case. Against which casino?

Some questions asked by Game Protect users are unanswered? Or do you refer to questions asked by attackers and blatant liars?
Because remember kids, justified questions lose their validity based on who it is that asks them.
And you're only allowed to question GP after you've either paid them (read "donated") or are generating affiliate commission for them.
