But, I ask you this: Is it not substantial at all that some of the software providers Betcoin.ag contracts out to, like the Winning Poker Network, are licensed in some jurisdictions and there have been audits conducted on their RNG's?

You are lying!

The domain betcoin.ag has no contract with the Winning Poker Network! Betcoin.ag join tournaments of the Winning Poker Network thru the Winning Tournament Network.

Betcoin.ag is also no skin/partner of the WPN.

Therefore, no, Betcoin.ag's behaviour is not substantial at all! Betcoin.ag is a cheap copy & paste of betcoin.tm, implying that they are governed in Hong Kong, Curacao, Costa Rica, Antigua and Barbuda and last but not least on the moon...  Cheesy

Betsoft scam is a software provider for casino games and a publicly proven scam! Jasonort from bitcointalk.org 100% sure and crystal clear won the "the Glam Life" jackpot worth of 500 Bitcoins: BetSoft Non-Payment of Jackpot

I made the screenshot below from Betsoft scam website http://www.betsoft.com/games/the-glame-life , 2 months after Jasonort won the jackpot. Betsoft meanwhile removed this page:

Features “the Glam Life”:

- 5 jackpot symbols on max bet wins the JACKPOT!

- 3 or more Match bonus symbols on an active payline awards the on-reels bonus game

- 5 bonus feature symbols awards second screen bonus round

- 3 Click Me! symbols awards players up to 150 credits instantly

-> not one word about that the jackpot can not be won during bonus rounds. If winning the jackpot during bonus rounds would be excluded, then the civil laws require to state this!

Quote
Jasonort: I originally bet the maximum number of credits (125) and matched 3 airplanes on two separate pay lines resulting in 4 bonus spins. On the 4th bonus spin, I hit 5 yachts on the same pay line. I received only 1000 credits (5 pay lines x 200 credits = max bet) and not the jackpot!

Betsoft Gaming and betcoin.ag never declined that it was a max bet. But they said that free spins do not qualify for the jackpot. This is an absolutely absurd excusation, because

- If bonus rounds do not qualifiy for the jackpot, then they have to be exluded in the features description of the game.

- After Jasonort won the jackpot, Betsoft excluded free spins in the paytable. And this confirms that bonus rounds were eligible for the jackpot when Jasonort played. Curiously, Betsoft did not exclude bonus rounds from winning the jackpot, after Jasonort won the jackpot!

- Betsoft has other slots where free spins very well qualify for the jackpot. And this confirms that bonus rounds are not in general exluded from winning jackpots.

Who owes the money, betcoin.ag or Betsoft scam?

A) betcoin.ag crystal clear owe the jackpot, because

1) The operator of betcoin.ag is the contract partner of the players

2) Player logged in and played with the betcoin.ag casino client

3) Jackpot winner deposited money to betcoin.ag

4) The juridical not valid Terms of Service on betcoin.ag website do not state one word about that Betsoft scam collect the jackpot contributions and is responsible for payment

B) The Betsoft scam also owe the jackpot, because

1) They cooperate with the publicly proven betcoin.ag scam = criminal offense. And when you cooperate with criminals, then you are liable for the damage occured

2) Progressive jackpots usually run in all online casinos connected to Betsoft scam gaming software. Hence Betsoft collect the “the Glam Life” jackpot contributions from all connected casinos. If the jackpot hit in casino XY, then Betsoft send the money to XY and XY give the money to the winner.

We know the applicable jurisdictions and liable parties to sue in both cases, betcoin.ag and Betsoft

After reading through this whole thing, I could not understand how you are going to protect anyone.  It seems like some sort of a scam and I am not sure why someone would pay you without some sort of track record that has been proven.  If you are going to offer this and be honest about it, you may want to put some funding into escrow to help prove yourself.

In short: No, you did not read through the hole thing. You just added 3 sentences to qualify for your signature payment.

You can not understand how inform players about criminal and shady gambling sites protect them from damage?

You can not understand how investigate and initiate legal proceedings to claim money owed protect players from damage?

Ohh, if you would have read through the whole thing, then you would have read that some sort of track record already exist:

https://game-protect.com/full-flush-poker-litigation/

The link is posted several times in this thread, so this is a clear proof that you did not read through the whole thing  Wink

It is some sort of scam, but you are not able to describe the sort, right? And this is because you just added your 3 vague sentences to qualify for your signature payment, right?

Ohh and btw, players can qualify as well cost free for our Online Gaming Consumer Protection service, if they register their accounts with any Qualify free site. So it would be at least a cost free scam, opposed to the $million online gaming scams!

Quote
If you are going to offer this and be honest about it, you may want to put some funding into escrow to help prove yourself.
And then ask the escrow for money if I have to pay for info or private investigation or any other costs? This statement clearly shows that you have not the slightest idea of how such things are working... Roll Eyes

OP is absolute garbage.  Spamming my thread with false info.  You do that math OP.  33% + 10-50% vip rakeback (most are no where near 50%) plus 50% tablestarter rakeback (max 2 tables).  How is that operating at a loss, claiming I'm more than an affiliate and 'part of a scam'.

You need to get banned from this forum, and and you need to take your agenda and trash elsewhere.

Seriously get lost clown, clearly no one wants you around here, evident by the feedback everyone has given you:

I already posted the calculation in your new self-moderated thread BetcoinRakeback.com ♠ 58-133% Rakeback ♥ WPN Tourneys ♣ Freerolls

Here is your old thread, where people called out your scam, now in Archival BetcoinRakeback.com | 50-140% RAKEBACK [Here ONLY] ACR WPN Tourneys

The betcoin.ag scam must be really in heavy financial troubles, if their main horse has to move to a self-moderated thread to protect his scam!  Cheesy

You're also saying that your signups generate over BTC75 last month in just poker rake.

Are you seriously mentally brain dead?  That's for casino and sports, which I am at the lowest tier, which means I don't even get greater than 1 BTC per month for that or else I'd move up in tiers.  For poker I am at 40% and giving back 33-38%.

I have an idea who is seriously mentally brain dead!  Cheesy

It is mathematically and juridically absolute correct to use the average numbers and as long as you do not put the real numbers on the table, I take that one:

1) Your referred players paid BTC75 rake in August

2) 33% fix from betcoin.ag in form of Xiaoxiao + 30% vip rakeback + 25% tablestarter = 88% in average + your countless too good to be true promotions, (do not know) maybe 12% in average = 100% rakeback in average!!!

3) From the BTC75 rake paid in August, betcoin.ag paid 100% back to players and made a 0% gross revenue

4) You received 40% commission of the BTC75 rake paid = 30 BTC

5) Your behaviour created a - 30 BTC LOSS in August for betcoin.ag

6) This clearly confirms that you are a participant of the betcoin.ag scam (and not only an affiliate), as a legitimate company would never pay 30 BTC from their pocket to a foreign affiliate!  Roll Eyes

This calculation also confirms that the betcoin.ag scam pays the too good to be true promotions, 58-133% rakeback = 95,5% average + surprise boxes + affiliate commissions + signature campaigns + software provider fees + employees + infrastructure and whatever costs from the player deposits/not paid jackpot winnings/scams and this is called PONZI SCHEME!

Seriously get lost clown, clearly no one wants you around here, evident by the feedback everyone has given you:

The few believes in my church confirm that only the criminal operators and promoters do not want me here!

Those numbers are based on Xiaos claims and Betcoin advertisements without considering reality.

Betcoin is not raking BTC75 a month from all their players combined, much less xiaos signups.

They deal less than 1 million hands a month, including tournaments, freerolls and all.
He's claiming his players play more hands than are dealt and lose way less than they do in casino and sports.

You the only one to advertise such a service and it is sad we need such a service. I don't know how you plan antifraud techniques...

The 2 big antifraud techniques are:

1) Inform potential victims about already proven and likely scams to avoid damage

2) In the case damage already happened, investigate and initiate legal proceedings

...but you have much negative trust against you which is not good.
I think you mix beliefs in my church with trust.

Why is this ?

If you call out criminals and destroy or decrease their revenue, then they will of course attack you! Some of them are also willing to send you a killer, as it already happened, if they know who and where you are.

Lutpin e.g. was wished to really kill himself after calling out OgNasty: OgNasty: "@Lutpin: Really should kill himself."

You can see at the behaviour of Xiaoxiao that he is directly a part of the betcoin.ag scam. He is tilting now because of my action that decreased his revenue, but it is only a question of time until this scam will come to the end and he already knows it...

Oh, there is obviously a misunderstood:

I received a lot of negative feedback after I called out the 63 promoters and criminals of the betcoin.ag scam and gave them the following feedback:

Quote
Betcoin.ag
- Publicly make false and misleading statements in their "Terms of Service" section
- Has no juridical valid "legally binding agreement" and hide the name of the operator!
- Did not pay $400,000 jackpot

In case of embezzlement/fraud, you likely have no legal recourse.

Reference: http://game-protect.com/betcoin-ag-scam/

Their false and blatant lying feedbacks have of course nothing to do with my trust. I never breached the trust or have cheaten any bitcontalk member.

I personally can not see how their nonsense and blatant lies are not good or me. It shows what dumb blatant liars they are...  Cheesy

1) We have still no Game Protect qualified account issue

2) The Game Protect not qualified account case Full Flush Poker is still in process

3) a) I consider Betcoin.ag as a successful case, as my information clearly helped to bring them to the last stage of their scam.

b) In the Clown-Casino (aka fun-casino.com) case, Game Protect clearly helped to inform potential victims about their faked and non-sensical numbers in an attempt to draw idiots in.

In a case people are not trusting you then I expect you to take up a PRo Bono case to make your point then from there things can change... My opinion though...

Yes, we have several cost free offers to show our competence:

1) Inform players about criminal or alleged criminal operators

2) Cost free online gaming consumer protection service if you register your gambling accounts with any Qualify free site.

3) Basically cost free "no cure no pay" case Full Flush Poker

What is your definition of legitimate? Even if an online gaming company is basically "legitimate", you could still have issues like account frozen and balance seized, damage caused by bots (see PokerStars case), etc. As I already explained, legal proceedings in regards to online gaming are time-consuming and expensive.

The benefit of Game Protect is that you can claim and enforce your right cost free or for a donation.

How it works actually?
