Quoted for the record:

Anyone want to start a GoFundMe page for this loser's funeral

XarXymtroa = Timothy John Heath

Funny how out of my entire post, you only quote the false part, not the facts, as your dumbass likes to call them.
The death threat is the false part?

I have not seen any facts in your posts, can you quote them?

It's an expression you moron.  No one would spend a penny on your funeral.  Get a grip you pathetic troll.

Here's the facts, as you like to call them:

LOL oh man, there's another forum and many, many other people who have already acknowledged you as a worthless, dirtbag scammer.

How much longer are you going to waste your time when you're only digging yourself into a much deeper hole (if that's even possible)?

I'm not sure why this loser hasn't been banned yet, but it probably has to do with the fact that he's created so much traffic to this site.

Even thought his posts are redundant, rhetorical, and he's been proven to edit posts from years back.

There isn't much more proof needed to draw the obvious conclusion that game-protect is a con artist.

How's that for facts?

I was curious why "Game Protect" denies being "Player Protection" on 2p2.  It's so strange, they have nearly identical names, speak with the exact same Russian-learned-English idiosyncrasies, and even have the same use of smilies.

Well it turns out that "Player Protection" was trying to scam Skrill out of a "five figure payment".

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/internet-poker/does-skrill-make-contradictory-statements-their-legally-binding-contract-1589116/

Here's a mod scolding him for getting out of line (and telling him he needed help understanding English...guess he still can't afford those advanced lessons):

People seem to find his posts pointless.  Also, "Collecting user data"Huh

"Spreading the same crazy for years with no results".  Is Monteroy seeing the future?

Not harmless?

Looks like "Player Protection" is offering $5,000 for a quote proving him wrong.  Sound familiar?

Guess he never made good on that offer.

What a scammer!

But at least he's not trying to message members in private to steal more money from them after a tragedy...wait

After 4Q reported the scam private message to the admins...

Banned.

Guess they are the same person.

For some more light reading, here's PFA discussing the scam Game Protect and how he got banned from that forum as well: https://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/showthread.php?14477-Should-Druff-Banhammer-Game-Protect-for-the-sake-of-PFA-and-its-members

Good post.
Such a pain in the ass to try and organize all of GPs bullshit and make it somewhat readable to others.

I owe Darkdays a big fat "you were right" for suggesting I should stop giving GP the benefit of the doubt over a year ago.  I wish I'd listened then.

Game Protect is of course player protection's site

"Quoted for the record"

Why did you lie about that on 2p2?

When are you going to pay the 2p2ers the money you owe them?

If I send you 1 btc will you show me documentation?
No.
Ok. Will you show documentation to escrow?

I think the safest place to play poker using cryptocurrencies is BetKing, because they have a VIP area for blinds above 1/2 mBTC.

This is NOT a link to BetKing.  Do not click on it.  It's a link to game-protects personal website.
TwitchySeal himself habitually reads on the Game Protect website, makes screenshots and post it here on bitcointalk. But at the same time advises other players not to visit the website and gain advantage of its content and service!

How do you call his behavior? Schizophrenic?
Quoted for reference.

I am not sure why are you not banned from this forum(off topic replies, multiple posts in row, trolling, pointless or uninteresting posts, begging, duplicate posting in multiple boards, bumps are limited to once per 24 hours, advertisement spam).  Undecided

Lets do something about this.  I've been thinking about making a post in meta to bring attention to GPs obvious scumbaggery, but I'm not very confident I understand the rules of this forum as far as what is "ok" or "not ok".  They make it clear that scams are not censored, but GP is obviously being deceptive by continually posting hyper links that look like they are to another site, but really direct the clicker to his own site...which is obviously and without any doubt a scam.

I've also been actively reporting his posts in other threads with obviously deceptive hyperlinks.

Quoted in reference for what?
Quoted for reference for breaking forum rules:

1. off topic replies
2. multiple posts in row
3. duplicate posting in multiple boards
4. bumps are limited to once per 24 hours

But don't worry, I archived both posts  Cheesy

I see you edited link in post above, as I said I archived both posts https://archive.fo/CoYKi and https://archive.fo/1Jz5i

I'm down to help out on anything that can be done, but my impression was the BCT was super libertarian about stuff like this so I'm not sure what good it will do.

I would like to know why he's not paying the people on 2p2 he owes.

What is game-protects owners name?
Where is game-protect registered?
Post the license for the game-protect business in the OP.
Why does the domain name game-protect.com have private registration?  What are you trying to hide?
Why is the domain name game-protect.com registered to a scam operator in the Bahamas known for shady domain registrations?
Why do you troll and spam the gambling thread?
Why do you make up fake news?
Why do you not know how to google answers to your own questions?
Why have you not resolved anything for anyone even though you have been in "business" for 2 years?
Why have the moderators not shut down this thread and your account?

Ozafejyw782 ask me for help and I took his case for 1 BTC.

I thought your service is cost free and you are accepting donations only. So obviously it is not free and you are not taking donations, which is something you are repeating for 2 years.

You are pretending to be lawyer while you claim you are not one, charging someone 1BTC to "take cases"  and to take money out of gambling site is something only lawyer can do, can you show me your license as a proof that you are running legal law practice?

Can you show us proof that ozafejyw782 payed you 1BTC?

Why have the moderators not shut down this thread and your account?
I wonder that too.

Players have a Game Protect qualified account issue if they registered their gambling or betting accounts with any Qualify cost free site or sent Bitcoin worth 45 Euro for 6 months or Euro 78 for 1 year.

Game Protect not qualified account issues can be accepted on a donation basis in advance.
This doesn't look like donation, not to me, not to anyone with little brain in the head:
Ozafejyw782 ask me for help and I took his case for 1 BTC.

Where do I pretend to be lawyer?
Here:
Ozafejyw782 ask me for help and I took his case for 1 BTC.

Where does Game Protect claim to run a legal law practice?
Oh, yeah, I forgot. You don't run legal law practice  Smiley

Taking 1 BTC for calling out the publicly proven duckdice scam in the signature and publicise the scam article on Game Protect website has nothing to do with a legal law practice!  Roll Eyes
It seems that you don't understand what canceling bonus while 100% requirement hasn't been met means.
That guy canceled bonus and as I can see he has got his deposit back.
Duckdice was pushed by community, by THIS community, not you, not your service and not your articles.

Tell me, what your service has become?
From someone who claimed to be private investigator to someone who is helping investigators.
From someone who said that he can send case to court to someone who is writing articles and wearing signatures on forum and begging money from victims.

Do what you usually do.
Choose parts of my post which you want to answer and ignore all other parts together with all questions asked and never answered in last 2 year  Roll Eyes

Take a look into the Bustabit scam where RHavar and devans have deceived investors while profiting over a million dollars.

Read their thread.  Maybe it's possible to track them down since they claim to be incorporated.

All I had to do was look at the post history and it's the same shit.   Grin
-Asking rhetorical questions
-Quoting comments and text
-Same style of writing
-"track them down"
-Same verbiage
-Tries to cover it up with red text - try harder next time dumbass
-Both on a mission to take down bitcoin operations

Do you honestly think anyone would ever pay you a dollar after you've made an utter fool out of yourself?
I am almost convinced that you work for the Curacao prosecutor office or you would not be wasting your entire life away for "countless hours."

RHavar attacked Game Protect right from the start and recently gave a fake negative feedback!

He claims to have a company incorporated in Costa Rica. If true, you can get the identity of the owner if a criminal offense is committed and track them down.

RHaver is one of the most respected members of the 'crypto gambling' community.

You better hope Dooglus never stumbles across this pathetic thread.

Yup, I think it only costs like $20 or something to get a copy of the company documents too. You can request them on registronacional.go.cr and the company registration is 3-102-700828

Probably won't help too much for doxing, as I've moved since filing those. But I'll tell yall what, if you sue that company I'll make the effort just for you and defend it in court Grin

But seriously, the whole thing is the lolziest accusation I've ever heard. I'm not sure I fully understand it, but I believe quickmaffs misunderstood Daniels announcement and thought "per player" meant "physical person" as opposed to "bustabit player", which caused him to underestimate the risk investors faced (??).

Then there's a few leaps of logic to blame Daniel for taking a commission (while in fact, he voluntarily took far less than promised) and despite investors making 3M dollars in a few weeks, is some how a thief. Then a few more leaps of logic, and somehow it's my fault too even though I sold the site before any investment system was put in place.

Actually...sigh...probably nothing.

You believed wrong.  What's "lolziest" is the fact that you don't take this serious when there's millions of dollars at stake.  Criminal negligence.

I look forward to you having to answer in court.  Sign an address that verifies your identity and restate that you will show up to court.

I'm not sure who's lolzier. GP or QM.

Take a look into the Bustabit scam where RHavar and devans have deceived investors while profiting over a million dollars.

Read their thread.  Maybe it's possible to track them down since they claim to be incorporated.

You are a shameful person TwitchySeal.  This is repulsive behavior.

Instead of seeking the truth, you rely only on previous reputation.  You then threaten more reputation and trust abuse from another member instead of fact checking or searching in an attempt to silence the truth.
