I asked why is h4ns 3 months late with the accusation?

If your extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk account is not able to understand the question and or is not able to answer the question based on real world laws and regulations, I recommend to stop trolling in my thread!
Me trolling!
Your thread? You think this is your public property?

I tell you want? F off!

@GP:
Stop all these crap and settle the case with h4ns.

Can we please abstain from attacking game-protect on the basis of gender? This makes us look like a bunch of 13-year olds and makes her look like a victim.

game-protect is a scammer and was a scammer long before this recent revelation.

This is true, and besides the point, we don't even know for sure if GP is this person or not. No additional commentary is necessary at this point. There's really nothing left to be said. Any additional sidebars are
non-constructive and will just give GP an excuse to focus on something other than the main issue at hand.

Investigative expert suchmoon verified that the scam happened 1st April 2019

tl;dr: you made a deal, you took the money, you didn't fulfill your end of the deal == scam. It happened when you took the money.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183189.0

In the real world, a suspicion substantiates as soon as the scam happens! Wink

Why does h4ns publicly claim that his suspicion that Game Protect is a scam substantiated only after I asked him the second time if he can lend me BTC worth 10€ at the beginning of September 2019 and not when the scam happened 1st April 2019?

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time.
Also interesting to note, the substantiation of his suspicion that Game Protect is a scam is not related to 210€! Cheesy

Does h4ns intentionally fool a bunch of extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts who are not able to understand basic things?

Duh, are you stupid? If someone claims to have lawyers, to have solved hundreds of cases of scams and asks you for a stupid amount of money like $10, only 1 thing can be deduced from it, he is poor as fuck.

If the service provider you picked is poor as fuck after solving hundreds of cases and needs to ask you for $10 then the service provider either lost all the money somehow or he is simply trying to scam you more because he actually hasn't solved any case ever.

It's basic logic here.

Naturally he wouldn't complain this is a scam on April 1st since he was giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were legit, and paying you for your "services."

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time.

Apparently, when he refused to loan you 10€; you suddenly stopped responding to any of his communications. Furthermore, you did not live up to your promise to refund him by a certain date if you got no results. At that point, it may have dawned on him that he was getting scammed. He gave you every benefit of the doubt to make good on your promises, and so far you have failed. He has even offered to abandon the flag if you refund him. You are in violation of the agreement that you initially made to him. Therefore, the red flag is justified. I really don't see how h4ns is fooling us. However, it appears that you fooled him and enriched yourself by 210€ by doing next to nothing and getting zero results for him.

Am I obligated to communicate with h4ns? If yes, based on what real world laws and regulations?

Furthermore, you did not live up to your promise to refund him by a certain date if you got no results.
I did not live up to my promise to refund him by a certain date if I got no results, but this did not contribute to his substantiation that Game Protect is scam? Cheesy

At that point, it may have dawned on him that he was getting scammed.
By asking him if he can lend me BTC worth 10€ for the second time?

He gave you every benefit of the doubt to make good on your promises, and so far you have failed.
When did I fail?

He has even offered to abandon the flag if you refund him.
In the real world, this is the criminal offense of extortion! Wink

You are in violation of the agreement that you initially made to him.
But it did not contribute to the substantiation that Game Protect is a scam?

Therefore, the red flag is justified.
Because I asked him 2 times if he can lend me BTC worth 10€?

I really don't see how h4ns is fooling us.
Extremely mentally ill and or brain dead people usually do not have a connection to the real world! Cheesy

However, it appears that you fooled him and enriched yourself by 210€ by doing next to nothing and getting zero results for him.
It only appears and is not proven or verified as investigative expert suchmoon false and misleading claims?

A scam is, by definition, a deceptive act.

You deceived h4ns in April and got his money. If h4ns had known at that time that you're a scammer then he wouldn't have given you the money and the scam wouldn't have happened. A few months later he realized that you're a scammer when you failed to refund him.

tl;dr: scam always happens before the victim realizes they're being scammed.

And yes, I have nothing better to do today than explain what a scam is to a scammer.

He gave you money to provide services to him. Not communicating with him is a failure on your part to provide the best experience for your clients.

Furthermore, you did not live up to your promise to refund him by a certain date if you got no results.
I did not live up to my promise to refund him by a certain date if I got no results, but this did not contribute to his substantiation that Game Protect is scam? Cheesy
You failed to live up to a contract that you had with him.

He gave you every benefit of the doubt to make good on your promises, and so far you have failed.
When did I fail?
You failed to give him a refund as you promised to him.

He has even offered to abandon the flag if you refund him.

I'm sure you are familiar with extortion. I agree with Stunna's opinion on you in regards to that matter. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2072589.msg40845768#msg40845768

You are in violation of the agreement that you initially made to him.
But it did not contribute to the substantiation that Game Protect is a scam?
It does demonstrate that you don't live up to you promises when dealing with people.

Therefore, the red flag is justified.
Because I asked him 2 times if he can lend me BTC worth 10€?
No, because you made an agreement with him to refund him if you had no results. so far no refund.

However, it appears that you fooled him and enriched yourself by 210€ by doing next to nothing and getting zero results for him.
It only appears and is not proven or verified as suchmoon false and misleading claims?

What is false about it? Exactly what part of what h4ns alleges is not true? I don't see that you have denied taking the 210€. Nor do I see you denying that the screenshot of the e-mail that you sent to him is false. Instead, you attempt to dance around with semantics. Poor semantics, if I might add. All you are doing at this point is gaslighting.

The sentence that you're quoting answers your question.

You can play these word games all you want but the flag and the big red banner will stay on your account. It's becoming obvious that you value your account and your reputation less than 210 euro, so there is some comfort in that - apparently your scams aren't very profitable.

But I look for more online casino victims who are mislead by h4ns's defamation campaign, because the higher the estimated damage is the higher will be the compensation I can demand from h4ns. Smiley
Miss. Protect, according to scam accusation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183189.0 "your lawyer(s)" did not resolve case and you didn't return funds to h4ns.

Why are you 3 months late with repayment?
When was repayment due?

Until today not one of the 49 offenders was able to tell when the repayment was due! Grin

Quote
h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. No previously-created flag covers this same act, unless the flag was created with inaccurate data preventing its acceptance.

If you steal a car the theft happens when you do it, not when the owner realizes their car is gone.

But by all means - keep bumping this thread with your idiocy. I'm sure new customers victims are tripping over each other to give your their money after seeing how well you handle disputes.
