Oh well, it was worth a try, but seriously does anyone who asks for donations actually get any? My (very brief) perusal on BlockExplorer would indicate no.

I've rec'd donations, but I've never actually explicitly asked for them. It was more of a 'tip' for some development work ive done (for free).
I'm pretty sure no one thats said 'hey Im new, halp !' has gotten a dime.
