ill just eat when im on bad mood. eating for me is the best anti stress hahahaha. it helps me alot and helps mo forget the mood that i have before. maybe it works to everyone or it only works on me. lol second i would probably just sleep and forget what happened that causes my mood to be bad. sleeping is relaxing also. if you are relaxed your mood would be probably lighten

Haha. I guess this is actually the most common. Pretty much the same for me, only I would add being alone in my room and binge eat by myself. Go very dark, turn the lights completely off.
Sleep can be constant. And the most important thing is that people strazhdayuschy moral disorder, exacerbating their condition when a lot of sleep.

You can certainly get some sleep, but it is better to engage in their favorite thing. I would generally engaged joinery.

In bad mood mostly Im just listening to chillout and lying on sofa. Or i go for a walk somewhere, where i have never been =) Cool stuff, helps a lot Tongue

I am against aggression. And so when I try to be in a bad mood is further away from the people. Watch the movie, listen to music, try not to kill anyone ..

Easy walks on the beach or in the forest, although in extreme cases, and the park provides. Removed the severity with soul and mind work well. You can solve the problem of that which oppresses you.

Guys, today I have definitely realized that in a bad mood, there a gym or playground. Certainly better when it's a sports game with the ball and in a big company. But you can compete metal and mood changes.

many people is going to do something they love, when they are sad. example eating, playing games, or sleep.
if me, when i'm sad, i will never hide it with some activity to forget the sadness. i just gotta let go of it, that is really helping to make me calm. there's no use to hide it, later you will remember it and sad again. batter to let go faster then forget it faster.
