Everytime I am in the bad mood I just get my phone then listen to the music, sometimes reading wattpad or sending message to my friends.

when i am in bad mood, i go out for a walk and exercise my body to release the inner tension and stress that may harm me. try to look at children playing and enjoy life!

I do meditaion and take a cold shower. Drink more water and if my wife is around I have sex with her and release the tension.

when i'm bad mood , i just relax my self (take some food or junk foods, sleep for the whole day, and get some beer )  Smiley Smiley Smiley

For me, i either watch movies or listen to musics. It actually help divert my attention from what put me in the bad mood.

What will you do when you are in a bad mood?

Well me, during in bad mood i watch anime, enjoy the atmosphere and people passing by, and i like to walk ti the mall, just walk it and that's my way to another world. Watching anime i fantasize about the anime and forget my problems in reality. I just go with the story and forget reality.

Being in a bad mood doesn't mean you should drop out of your working process. The only thing needed is cheering it up. I always make a plan considering what I will do to relax (e.g. watching a tv series like suits - the one that will give you motivation to do better) and then things I shall do. Please, don't take on too much or your motivation will vanish and you'll sit watching an opposite wall for the rest of the day.

When i am not in a happy mood, what i do is put in my earphones and listen to music with shuffle on my smartphone. Keeps me distracted and always works.

I'm singing something delicious, I'll watch a cool video or a movie, I'll go out with my friends. Sometimes I drink alcohol to raise my spirits, but do not get too involved. Smiley

I do physical work - cleaning the house, working in the garden, walking. The gym also helps well.

I do chores, i take long walks and work out. Basically what i do when I'm in a bad mood is to shut down my brain with physical labor. Scrolling through my. Social media account and watching videos usually works too... Something to actually take my mind off of things

Running and listening to music, running can relax my body and mind, and listening to music can ease my tiredness while I'm running. Grin

When I'm in a bad mood , i get my prayer book and start reading my novena prays to ask guidance so that my bad mood change to good mood. and one of my favorite novena is saying LORD have mercy on us 600times in the counting.

Start by taking a few deep breaths to get your emotions under control. Take 10 deep breaths. I suggest, you go someplace where you can have privacy to shut down the stimulation to your brain. Or maybe try to read a funny articles or in social media to divert your emotions to calm down.

eating food lot of like chips sandwich and pizza. and doing exercises and yoga also giving me some relax. doing something creatively like drawing , cleaning home, decorating furniture in my home. preparing food for my self like different type of dishes from china usa uk and spain dishes. listening to music it giving me some more josh. doing dancing for my favorite songs.
