Not sure about anyone else, but I had a PM from a guy asking me to give him one of the coins I bought as he's 'starting out in bitcoin' (despite having 300 odd posts).

I assume he got my order from here, so keep your eyes peeled.

Yeah - he even PM'ed me to beg too. Guess he did PM enough people to be banned by theymos.

That would explain why he emailed me from my website asking for a $1299 loan (or at least $699.... his words, not mine!). He wanted to buy a BFL Single and would repay me from mining funds....
Then he came to OTC and was asking for loans there, then he spotted me and ask for a loan.

No registration.
No ;;ident.
Connected through the webpage proxy.
No ratings.
No Trust (though he said that 420 would vouch for him).
Wanted to offer a Steam account (worth $150) as collateral.

When we all refused his loans, he was offering web design work for 0.5 and linking to his (crappy, ripped off) templates thread here.

He eventually slunk off!

Something like this makes me sad. Putting all this energy into begging and/or trying to rip people off that could be used to do something positive...

Aye.... I'm slowly spread trading to make more BTC which eventually I'll turn into land (opensource village for homeless veterans to be precise).

One of the reasons I went back to Uni to learn architecture...
