Electrum Download Page Not Working

I am attempting to set up my new Keepkey with Electrum and in order to do so I have been told to set it up though python. I have done the first few steps in the process but the current step I am on tells me to download the zip file from electrums download page. However, when I click on the download link it takes me to this address https://download.electrum.org/2.6.4/Electrum-2.6.4.zip and the page gives this response

I have attempted to reload the page since yesterday but nothing seems to be changing. Am I doing something wrong or is there a plan to fix the page soon?

The links work for me. It probably has something to do with your computer.

stop using Microsoft Edge Browser and start using a proper browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. and if you insist on using Edge browser then this solution may be helpful to you to fix your problem:

or google that error and find similar solutions. because the problem is with your browser that can't reach that link.
