Waiting for correction  to 115 sat.. But hell, evereday down n down..what happened burst??

The price went up 5x, then leveled out about 3x what it was 2 months ago, I call this a success. Much more coming in the near future, take this as an opportunity to buy at the lows, I know I have.

But please, this thread is for development announcements, please take normal convos over to the other thread posted above, or our BURST forums. Thanks!

very much so success, also tech is solid, also energy (power to drive mining is super low) congratulations man, selling nothing.. syncing wallet to make sure balance checks out, I predict powerful spike (in price) here over time

noticed big time "wallet" balances movement here from several mill to few of mills more, not in great amounts but a few.. I did not want to take a chance (when there was supposed pump..) and sell (for the standard re-purchase) as price could go much higher . but it is ok it is alrite..

what ya have going for ya.. and it is HUGE is technology innovation, drives are awfully low on energy to power and you abs beat SHA-256. as simple as that (in that regard)

if someone can (from the cryptographic community and said that before) verify algorithmic complexity of your algo you are going sky high

I have recently connected with a mathematician who will be helping us to go over the algo and write a 'proper' whitepaper, we also have access to some of the world's best developers as well, who are active, developing things for our projects. It is really truly exciting.

I've also got another mathematician who will potentially be assisting the creation of a whitepaper, so we have that covered I think.

Also, there are a few nuances that we would like to change, so we're developing PoC2 algo, as well as a few other algos for QORA and QORA 2.0, which will also be low-power, and will offer the ability to viably mine on mobile devices.

The main difference that we're going for here, is directly attacking the 'mainstream', allowing them to make use of our services, and invest with us, while at the same time providing a solution to the current situation in the system, that will be massively taken advantage of here in the near future.

I've been reaching out to various other crypto groups as well, providing options for collaboration, and getting our overall structure and team growing.

Things are indeed looking quite good, and I'm very happy to see everything that is happening now, and this is still very early in the scope of the long-term for BURST/QORA/KORE and all of our related projects.

Thank you for your support, and please pass along any information to your friends, family, etc... and keep our community growing!

In forum burst,dev not active

the Dev (Crowetic) is active here - https://alttech.chat
Depending on whom you consider dev, a lot of them are active. Managing our forum we got: @Haitch. He got just above 1.1k posts on the forum. He isn't a programming dev, but he is managing the hardware of (Warning!) forums.burst-team.us, burst.ninja, burstcoin.biz & pool, burstcoin.it & pool, burstcoin.de & pool, burstcoin.eu + pool and web.burst-team.us + a couple of faucets + all the things I forgot. He is always ready to boot up another website if it makes Burst more attractive.

Next up we got @Luxe. I don't know if he is considered a Burst dev, but he pumps out new programs and software like a toothbrush factory. He created Jminer and is currently working on burstcoin-observer. He also transfered all old software links to the forum. (http://forums.burst-team.us:4567/category/9/burst-software). Ohh yeah, and he got 800 posts.

I can go on, but I proved your point. (Sorry @daWallet, @Blago and @Irontiga  Wink) We got a shit ton of active dev and software developers (and users). They are working around the clock to improve Burst and help more people learn a few things.

P.S
@Crowetic might not be a dev like you think. He is instead managing PR and paying dividends of his countless assets. (and if you didn't read above, he also finds people from all over the world to do all kinds of crazy stuff.  Wink)

@Haitch is having some problems with the host. He wrote about it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1323657.msg16407931#msg16407931

The websites are down and you will get errors if you try to connect. This includes all burst-team.us websites and burstcoin.biz + redirecting domains.

I don't know why they got certification problems, but @Haitch is working on it.

Edit: Solved

Glad to see work is still being done on this coin!  Working on a project that potentially could help this coin as well.

Anyway, does anyone happen to have the list of email addresses we gathered for cryptocurrency journalists?

Hello,

I like your project, but I wanted to know if it was possible to shop with your cryptocurrency?

When I see Gulden and its application "Nocks" I want to know why such a solution does not exist for your cryptocurrency?

After all, only use in everyday life will enable the development and adoption by the crowd ...

Pending your response,

Regards,

Mr Pierre Bannwarth

Pool burstcoin de is down and will be down for another 48 hrs until the internet people fix the router or turn me back on whatever they did. In the meantime. The azure 1/2 server is not really ready to be used as a major server like my others.

PM me your address if you have left so I can send you what is owed according to the stats. Probably should use a mediator to or at least cc cause Burstcoin tends to be more of a family run business that I want to make sure we are good with everything. Any pool owners want to pm with their thoughts

Regards,
Burst-De

try website in 6 hours...going to clean main servers.....azure cloud 1/2 server not happy but going to force payments later.
Good News is the internet is back new router inplace, While we are down I decided to work on server cpus so will let you know.

Starting in +1 hour however next week server needs a new cpu fan when it comes in.

You can choose what you prefer, just as you can with Bitcoin. Pools provide you with a steady income, while mining alone... Is essentially mining alone.

Instead of using the above link, here are 2 better sources.

How does one update password on wallet and not lose that orignal wallet ? Seeing no options to change password used for wallet. Need some help on this one. Thanks
You can't, as the password is your private key. If you want to change password you need to create a new wallet and transfer everything.

If you make a new one, make sure it is strong, as it is your private key. If someone obtains it, you are not going to get the content of the wallet back.

Not very active. Please use PM or email to get a reply from me.
High value lender – Within 24 hours, I can fund your 10 BTC loan. Give me 48 hours and 20 BTC will be ready.

This may seem odd at first, but I see the positive thing: You have no private local data.

No wallet that may be lost due to a local crash, no need to have a "local wallet" at all.
You just need to guard your passphrase (private key), and unless you mine solo it doesn't need
to be stored on disk at all.
Moving all your funds over to a new account/passphrase is easy and costs just 1 Burst.
I guess most people mining solo have a dedicated passphrase for that (as its needed
on disk or at least in RAM for the miner process) and another for their funds.

This wallet-less design is one of the many features I like very much.
