PLAYWIN MULTIPLAYER BITCOIN BLACKJACK – FOR SALE

We are in the process of developing a Bitcoin Blackjack Game, that we now want to sell.
The idea for this game is UNIQUE and DISRUPTIVE for the iGaming industry, as
players can be dealers themselves and earn revenue.

The front-end for the game is developed, documented and largely demo-able (except actual gameplay)
and the back-end is currently in development by two skilled backend developers, that we have current
payment agreements (upwork contracts) with and who are, and will remain shareholder.

In total almost 2000 hours were worked on the game, sofar, to set up a scalable architecture that
will be able to cope with the real-time requirements of this type of game with real money at stake.

Investors benefits:

• The business model is a 1% rake that will be calculated over each game
• Semi Real-Time Revenue Sharing - investors will get their share over the rake according to the amount of shares that they own.
  If they own 5% and the cumulative rake over one day is 100 bitcoin, they will receive 5 bitcoin on their account at the end of the day.
• The game idea is truly unique – letting players play as players or dealers, as they wish.
• Working implementation of Provably Fair – players can verify themselves that a hand was shuffled fairly, also they can influence
  each shuffle themselves by providing a lucky number.
• Players that wish to play as dealers can earn money doing so
• The front-end is ready and cutting-edge
• Marketing is partly technically incorporated in the concept as dealers will be the ambassadors of the game,
  they will send invitations and create marketing for their own table urls.

Practical issues:

• Development team is active and will continue to work on the project (parttime), another developer can be added to the team,
  knowledge transfer is possible using skype and google hangouts
• CTO and lead dev are shareholder and will remain shareholder after the sale
• Assistance will be provided in handing over resources such as bitbucket, easybacklog, issue management.
• The game needs 500-800 more hours of development time

I never heard that there is a multi game for black jack. this is unique if they release..

It doesn't make sense. Everyone would want to play as the dealer, as the dealer as the edge (since they play second so player has higher risk of busting).

Or (based on the part about marketing), they are not actually playing as the dealer, they simply bring people to a table room (like poker) and collect a commission, however this doesn't seem plausible seeing as the site takes a 1% rake (making it sound like they do not supply the bankroll).

The most important question here is, who is supplying the bankroll? The site or the dealer?

I also highly, highly doubt that this product will have taken a total of nearly 3000 man hours. Are you seriously going to try and say your team will have put 5-6 months of work into this? The upwork part also has me on edge... I've dealt with several "highly rated" contractors from that site before and the work was atrocious (that was for $40-80 hr guys).

The CTO is very active in the open source community and working on a real-time mvc node package called sails.js. If you look hard enough you can find good people on upwork.

sorry what is new then? each BJ table has x seats and all play at this table against the dealer. check out all live dealer BJ

online tables have single player tables and even allows to play xxx boxes/hands

the only new thingy maybe is that a player can be a dealer. but that is also not new at all and as acoinllc
already mentioned that so many hours of work doesn't make sense for a game like this but that is your game so you can invest a fortune and time

The rake is taken from each game that is played against the dealer. So say there are 5 persons on the table, each of them is playing against the dealer, each winner of each game (can be dealer or player) receives the award minus the fee. Again the 1% is configurable.

Okay thanks for the info. There was also an initiative called bethedealer.com, however it is not active anymore, so if at present it is not really out there, in some sense it is unique.
