Should you buy btc before the Block reward halving?

Although the topic created a month ago, I think this question has perpetual succession. Halving took place and we did not see any huge impact in terms of price (-20% was due to hacking scene).
Now, coming back to your question. No one can predict the accurate answer or price level thus you can’t have binary yes or no answer. Since I believe in this technology I buy small amount of bitcoins between specific interval of time and not a whole lot at a time.  If you deeply believe that bitcoin has potential of growth then you should go for it otherwise there is no point in investing with my or anyone’s advice.
