When you created the account to receive your initial stake you were instructed to securely save your secret passphrase. The only way to log in is with this passphrase (usually 12 words).

In the wallet choose options. then add. and type in the secret passphrase. Pincode you can choose anything.

You got that one wrong, After the initial reward decline of ~4 years, HEAT has a continuous POP reward of 1 HEAT per block indefinitely. That translates to 2.5% per year initially, which is just below 0.21% per month average, and proportionally declining still fairly quickly from there as years go by.

We don't consider the token supply period inflation as such, it's part of the distribution but scaled through 4 years and intentionally designed to benefit early adopters. The actual designed inflation after somewhere 2020 - 2021 is 1 HEAT per block, which is very low on any standards.
